Sarkasms Open-Air 2009' is independent culture festival in Spurgi area (territorially in map You can find us in Limbazi region - somewhere around 90 km from capital city Riga) including music, cinema, theater, poetry and other activities by our soulmates action. We are definitely welcoming people from anywhere as long their minds and hearts are wide opened to give an amazing & memorable beginning for the summer time by relaxing and having good time beside camp fires in the middle of meedow, listening actual live and electronic artists and enjoying time with friends out of city traffic and daily thoughts.
