About me:

People try to explain everything, and when it can not be explained they ask why. As some people do when they see my work. So actually I am making unexplainable work, making "chaos" but in such a way that chaos is also "organized". But is such way that people can not understand it. Inside my work, landscapes, sceneries, etchings, photographs etc, one theme is always returning and that is nature, it the form of animals, birds, gecko's etc. I AM fascinated by nature and how we humans interact with it, or want to let it play by our rules, makes order in that chaos. So this also brings me to the fascination with people, in my work I meet many people that inspire me to make artwork, just because I want to share there view on the world on my own way. Especially when i work with people with a disability who see life is good in the smallest things. But beauty is not always within the whole picture, sometimes it is in the smallest detail, sometimes made on purpose, sometimes as a present even to myself.
