The St. Andrew's Society of Mid-Maryland is a non-profit organization, started in 1999, which promotes the growth of clan societies and Scottish organizations.
Based out of Frederick, Maryland, we are a diverse group of people of Scottish descent, and those who love all things Scottish. We happily welcome into membership anyone who wishes to help perpetuate Scottish traditions and culture.
We are officially recognized by the IRS as a Charitable Organization under Code Section 501(a), and as a organization described in section 501(c)(3). Donations to the Society of goods or money, free of tangible benefit to the Donor (or reduced by the amount of any tangible benefit to the Donor) are decductible as Contributions for Income Tax purposes. Also qualified under 509(a)(1), our Membership Dues are considered deductible as Charitable Contributions.
