My ancestry: On my maternal side, I am a decendant of the Chicamauga Cherokee Tribe; White River Band, from North Carolina. I am the Great-great-great Granddaughter of Cher-Caw-Des-Ko O Sa-Li of North Carolina, who was born in the Tahlequah District, Indian Territory in 1878. There were two men, both wanting to be Chief, so the band was divided into the White River Band and the Red River Band. The White River Band traveled the path of the Trail of Tears into Oklahoma many years before the Trail of Tears. My father's people of the Sioux Lakota Natives, and I have been told many stories of my great-great-great grandfathers, one of whom was supposed to be Sitting Bull Tatanka-Iyotanka.
As an advocate for the Office of Victims of Crime, specializing in crimes against people with disabilities, and the re-entry of juvenile offenders into society, and a past American Red Cross CPR, First Aid, Earthquake Preparedness, AIDS Awareness, Shelter Management, Disaster Care, and Triage Instructor, I believe in giving back to my community.

Amelie, Adventures In Babysitting, The Gun In Betty Sue's Handbag, Tottie Danielle, Freebie and the Bean, Chocolat, The American President, Sabrina (both), Guess Who's Coming To Dinner (original and remake), Slingblade, The 40-year Old Virgin (you really do LAUGH throughout the entire almost 2 hours!) Four Brothers, Il Postino, American Grafitti, Remember The Titans, Amistad, The Green Mile, Back To The Future, and all that followed, Lord of the Rings and all that followed, Bat 21 (one of the best movies based on Vietnam ever!)
