    Oh my god, the references were many.  About three different Alivan's wands, two movie replica wands (Snape and Sirius), as well as some abstract notions like memories and emotions.  This person did a fantastic job O_O And they didn't charge extra for all my madness or anything!

    have you applied for work study? sometimes you can get a job with decent pay through that program. it got me through my first two years of college and then after that i was at arby's and have been there ever since. things will work out, your first year you will probably have to penny pinch pretty bad. i've survived by doing case lot sales (over stocking on available foods) and then trying to spend as little as possible. budbgeting this way sucks, but it will get ya through the tight spots. when you get your change check i would suggest paying at least 2 months of rent in advance, so that way you are guaranteed a place to live and have those two months to prepare for the third month and fourth month rent. it's tricky, but do-able.

    congratulations on your enrollment! now the hell begins! ^___^ it will be fun though.
    try to get your books from amazon. com instead of the bookstore because they will be at least 20% cheaper there and at the end of the semester you can sell them to the bookstore and get about what you paid for them. the bookstores charge way too much and then give you maybe 10% of what you paid for them. and if you decide to keep the books by the end of the semester you won't be out all that money.

    during midterms and finals repeat these words: pizza and ice cream! ^^. they will get you through lol.

    remember for each semester your first exam will always be the worst because you don'tknow how the professor grades, but after you've got their groove it will be cake.
