About me:

Surviving Saturn's Return: Overcoming the Most Tumultuous Time of Your Life (McGraw-Hill/Contemporary Books, 2004) is the definitive guide to turning thirty. Turn your current crisis into a chrysalis -- there's no reason to have a total breakdown. The terror of turning thirty isn't just cultural -- it's the Saturn Return, the first major milestone of adulthood.

Surviving Saturn’s Return is the first book of its kind to answer the earth-shattering questions that arise at this quarter-life crisis. Whether you’re about to turn thirty or have already crossed the threshold, we offer a life raft in the sometimes-stormy sea of aging.

thanks for saving my life. i'm on the ending bit of my SR and already feel the let up of stress since i finally started working with it and not against it.

ironically, i did the artist's way on my own last year as well as sonia choquette's book "your heart's desire" - what i wasn't doing was
professionally supporting my creativity (by continually taking well paid yet depleting corporate gigs).

i knew the exact date of my return from an astrologer who did a reading for me... and sure enough my life spun into melt down before. i ditched the high paying gig, took a creative gig where i could work from home - and re. my natal saturn (in libra. drats.) i watched 1 friendship and 1 relationship fall a part but i've found a lot of self love... and coincidentally a friend (maybe love? we'll see:) who is 7 years older. how saturnine. :)
