Hmm..let’s see. I like writing music in the shower, Simon & Garfunkel, Carole King, Cat Stevens, artwork by Gauguin, (early) Elton John, CCR, Leonard Cohen (his poetry mainly, although I think that “Hallelujah” is one of the most beautiful songs ever written), Louis & Ella, Hendrix, Neil Young, The Beatles, Joni Mitchell, Joan Armatrading (underrated), The Band, Fleetwood Mac, Coltrane, Bowie, Tracy Chapman, Lady Day, The Brill Building sound, Millie (my dog..we talk when no one’s around), Dylan, a good movie, Nina Simone, Motown, scotch, Django, Jackson Browne (“Running on Empty” - so good), Thrift Stores, coffee-sometimes, tea-mostly, and other things..
I grew up in London listening to an old plastic radio, my mother’s vinyl, and the sound of my father’s broken guitar. I’ve always loved how honest songs impacted the people around me, and have been stuck on music since. I took that guitar and traveled to America to attend the Berklee College of Music in Boston, then moved to New York to work on my songwriting. I’m now 22, living back home in London where I’m gigging and working on material for my album. And now I have a better guitar. If you like my music, bring some friends and come along to a gig…hope to meet you there.

hello Saul :]]]]] your very welcome! thanks I'm great! how are you doing these days? I'm really enjoying your tunes,I listen to you just about every day.
Hi Saul Am just stopping by to wish you a wonderful valentines weekend.
Love comes to those who love, who find their joy In others' joy, their tears in others' tears. Those in need receive the gifts that buoy Them through the misspent yearnings of their years. Weakness is a strength, and power none, For none has power to compel affection. Passion to the self-consumed may come, But love looks for the grace of its reflection. Love is like a tide that comes and goes, And comes and goes according to the moon, Giving and receiving as it flows Between high headlands weathered and rough-hewn. For love becomes itself the cause of love, A double-knot not easy to remove.
Hello Saul, hope you are well. Had a great holiday back home in Kenya - now back to Paris where weather is most dismal. Shall be in London soon and hope to catch a concert. best and bises -Alexandra
