About me:
I am a 37 year old, who has a passion for running and helping others achieve their goals. I train two types of clients, Beginners and others. I am the program director for the Jeff Galloway Training Method here and I also work with clients on the side to help them achieve a personal goal with running. I have 24 years of expirience with running and 5 years of working with runners.

Who I'd like to meet:
The people that I like to meet are people that have a passion and need to reach a level that they thought that only hard core runners can attain. If you want to change your life and "get off the couch" or just "reach another level," then I would like to help you.
