Save And Continue Bio
Rarely has music given rise to an explosive and high energy alternative rock band quite like Save And Continue. Born in Sacramento California, the group formed in late 2002 and spent a year writing and practicing material before they decided to begin performing live. They quickly emerged as a powerhouse in the state capital and caught the full attention of an impressive number of fans, radio stations, magazines and fellow bands.
Save And Continue has been featured in radio markets all over California from Sacramento, San Fransisco and Fresno to L.A. and San Diego. With the release of their debut album "Misunderstandings in Drop B" in June of 2006, the band enjoyed it's first successful single "Catch 22" which was a top requested song in both Sacramento on KRXQ 98 Rock and Fresno's 103.7 KRZR and helped establish the band as a talented and professional hard hitting rock quartet. Misunderstandings in Drop B was recorded, engineered and co-produced along with Save And Continue, by Danny Cocke who was trained by and worked with Mike Shinoda (Linkin Park) and Danny Carey (Tool).
Currently Save And Continue is finishing their sophomore album "Perfect Violence" and hitting the road for an 8 state west-coast tour in Summer and Fall of 2008 to promote the highly anticipated follow-up album that is slated for release in early July. They have recently been nominated for a Sacramento musical award, featured as the "artist of the month" by KRXQ 98 Rock and appeared on the Forbidden Radio show in L.A. hosted by Christine Dolce.
