i am currently in the hospital next to my mom who just got out of surgery. she just got her spleen and gaulbladder out.

she has been here since sun. dec. 7th.

we rushed her to the ER that night.
she was yellow and not making any sense. she couldnt find the bathroom. she could figure out how to call people on her phone. nothing.

soon she couldnt even get up and walk.

we spent 9 hours in the ER
she has luekemia.
she was missing over 2/3 of her blood.
she wasnt getting oxygen to her brain.
which is why she couldnt function.

she needed blood tranfusions and fast.

only problem is she has antibodys on her blood cells.
so even a perfect match of blood could cause a severe reaction, so bad it could kill her.

i had to sign the paper agreeing to let them give her the blood.
the doctor gave me these options.
she will either die from loss of blood, or we can give her blood and she has a chance of dying from an allergic reaction...or everything will be ok and she'll live.

(if you want to know the whole situtaion..its long...im writing a blog about it.)

her medical bill is over 50,000.
as of a few days ago.
there is a blood drive going on in denton texas.
the cupboard knows more information about it (940) 387 5386.

im thinking the carter blood drive bus will be at the cupboard.
i know this is going on, on Dec. 20th.

for every body who donates my mom get points.

these points will pay some of her medical bill.
the more points- the more money.

PLEASE HELP.
we will be in the hospital past christmas. i am 4 months pregnant and the stress is overwhelming.

this is so incrediably important to me and my family.
