Kim Simmonds began Savoy Brown began in 1965 and became one of the architects of the British Blues Invasion which infused blues into rock and roll. Savoy Brown has had a storied roster of musicians including 3 of the 4 original Foghat members, as well as ex members going on to play with the likes of Fleetwood Mac, The Kinks, U.F.O, Black Sabbath and many others. Their 36th album, Too Much Of A Good Thing, was released in October 2009.
