About me: Sawhorse Books is an independent publishing company with a DIY ethic powered by the buckled little soul of Chris Odgers. Set up in 2005 as a platform to publish his own stories and illustrations, Sawhorse now has two black hearted little offspring (Mule and Souvenir), with a third illegitimate brethren called 'Fall', originally published by Collision, and imprint of Atlantic press books. Fall is out of print and the others are close on it's trail. There's plans to reprint at some point, there's also new books in the pipeline for 2009
Although with an obvious commercial direction, Sawhorse endeavors to put out books that are a little different from the mainstream, maintaining quality of design/paper stock/etc, resulting in, hopefully, a treasured little book.
Not much else to say, as Chris is terrible at writing this stuff(and finds it weird writing as a third person), people have compared the books to Edward gorey/tim Burton that kind of thing. Anyways check out the galleries or visit www.sawhorse.co.uk to check more stuff out and maybe buy a book or two

Hi! Just wanted to make sure all my friends know that my 2nd horror novel SACRIFICE is now in stores everywhere, including Amazon.com! I hope you'll check out this debauched and demonic horror ride! Here are a couple reviews it's gotten so far:
“SACRIFICE is a full frontal assault on your senses. It is a dark, brutal, bloody and terribly frightening book. Everson went deep into some dark abyss to bring this book to the light of day.... I highly recommend SACRIFICE.” —Famous Monsters of Filmland
“John Everson manages in SACRIFICE to dispense buckets of blood, provide edgy perversity, and walk the tenuous tightrope of horror and sex without falling: It’s rather an amazing feat.” –Hell Notes
I'd like to invite you and all your friends to check out (and hopefully subscribe to) my blog concerning the launch of my new novel, Child Finder. My book has already received some great reviews before its official release on June 9th. It is a mystery/suspense thriller -- and is only the first in a trilogy I am contracted to write.
Click here to access my blog where I will post information about the book's availability as well as signing events. Also, be sure to check out my novel's website (www.childfinder.us) for more detailed information about the story, my background, and publication schedules.

Dust and Shadow: an Account of the Ripper Killings by Dr. John H. Watson, available everywhere April 28th....
"At long last, an author of rare talent combines a thorough, enthusiastic knowledge of the Sherlock Holmes canon with truly rigorous research into, and respect for, the Jack the Ripper killings. Where others have failed, Lyndsay Faye's extremely impressive debut novel succeeds, on every level, providing thrilling entertainment without blatant exploitation. It will instantly take a place of distinction among the best attempts of contemporary authors to continue the work of Arthur Conan Doyle, and is, quite simply, a must for Holmes fans and Ripperologists alike.
