Kevin Moore is a Wichita, Kansas based musician who has played sax with many popular area bands (blues with Made From Scratch, rock and pop with Fly by Night, swing with The Doo Dah Daddies, 50's rock n roll with the HouseRockers and the Jukes, top 40 with The Fabulous Shitheads, classic standards with Henry Walker and the Regents, down home blues with Matt Walsh and the Maddogs.....) and brought his saxophone to shows in Wichita, Ks. at the Cabaret Oldtown and Crown Uptown theatres. Kevin Moore also has played alto and tenor saxophone in hundreds of shows across the U.S. and Canada with several late 50's oldies rock n' roll tribute acts including John Mueller's Winter Dance Party (Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and the Big Bopper) as well as a Legends of Rock Tour (Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison, and Elvis). He has played with Bobby Vee, the Big Bopper Jr., Ernie Valens, Nikki Sullivan and Carl Bunch of the Crickets, and Robert Reynolds of the Mavericks. Versatile in many styles, he loves to play sax and can often be found, where else?, jamming on the tenor saxophone at Rockin' Daddys, Douglas and Hillside in Wichita, Kansas with friend and local guitar legend Clif Major rockin' down the house!
