DUH!!! READING, READING AND READING!!! LOL But no for real, we also enjoy a number of activies that brings friends together like going out to eat. (Hence, our reason for meeting at reasturants!) We also like attending plays and enjoying get togethers!
Because we enjoy doing a number of activies as friends, we plan on including some of these activites with our meetings.
We enjoy a number of books by various authors. We are looking to branch out into different authors. We really look foward to checking out some authors from all over the globe! So feel free to drop us a line!

We are a new book club that recently started back in April 2006. SBS stands for "Sisters and Brothers with Soul". Of course our book club is not limited to one race or another. All is welcome to join us.
We typically discuss romance and drama type of books. But we are trying to branch out some. If anybody would like to donate 1-5 copies of your book to be discussed at an upcoming meeting, feel free to email us. We've had some great discussions with some of our previous books, and want to expand to some new authors out there.
Anybody can join for a meeting without being a member. If you would like to be a member, email us and we will send you the information. The membership fee as of right now is only $20 every 3 months. But once again feel free to join us for any of our meetings even if you choose not to become a member.
Have you thought about joining a book club? Don't know where to start? Interested in branching out? Need new reading materials? Want to keep up with the latest and hottest books and authors?

Membership is $20 every three months or $80 a year. Dues are due EVERY March, June, September, and December.

If you are an author and decide to join us for one of the meetings, and want us to discuss YOUR book, please leave us an email and allow ample time for most of us to read the book.
