The Scabby's formed in 1996 at the request of their fans, for a whirlwind tour of the south east of south australia, specifically Robe.
The following years saw them sell their equipment, spread to all corners of the globe and take up other pursuits, only to reform in late 2005 in preparation for their world tour 2007.
The Scabby's have moved into a new phase in their musical career, drawing on a wide range of influences (not only the influence created by a love of beer and base spirits) to take an eclectic range of songs and make them their own.
They are currently in the preparation stage of their tour, and are taking playlist requests, which will be greatly reduced to a select number of songs they can actually play.
