..Pat (guitar/vocals) and Mike (guitar) were looking for people to start a band. They met Chris (bass/vocals) and he knew Dude who will remain Nameless (drums). Dude had personal issues he needed to address, so he was out. One weekend Chris asked Colin if he would play drums. He did. After numerous shows and a demo, Chris left the band to pursue alternate interests. In comes a couple of bassists that never worked out, finally ending on Brendan, long time friend of the band and roadie extrodinaire. After debating on changing the name from the Sleaze, we ended up with Scag Rotter. We've been writing, and we plan on playing as many shows as possible and putting out an official release in the future.

there is no news. we are on hiatus and have been for a long time. have we broken up? we don't even know. stop asking us. if you hear we're playing a show and you don't hear it from one of us then it's probably not true. if you hear we're playing a show from one of us that is also probably not true. up the punx!
We are absolutely excited about the show coming up on July 11 at Valentines. This should be an absolute killer show! Punk/Alt Rockers THE RENOWNED ARMY from Schenectady will be opening the show. We will playing 2nd! Headlining the show will be the mighty REINFECTA, who recently won 104.9 FM's Battle For Edgefest and will be performing at that great event a couple weeks after our show on the 11th. This is our first time playing with THE RENOWNED ARMY and with REINFECTA. This show will deliver - no doubt about it!
This will be DEFLOWERED's last show for a little while. We plan on taking a little break to tend to our personal lives, work on some new music, and maybe dig up some old music that we haven't played in a long time. There's also talk of going in to a studio to do some recording. But don't worry - we're not going away! We will be back! So come out and see REINFECTA, DEFLOWERED, and THE RENOWNED ARMY tear it up on July 11!
