About me: Scarlet Lights are an All-Female Theatre Company from Kingston upon Hull,Yorkshire. Formed in Easter 2007 and have been performing together on different projects ever since.
Summer 2008 saw us performing for three weeks at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with our debut show ‘Sheality’.
We devised and wrote the show ourselves via improvisation and rehearsal workshops.
A core group of four, who met and became good friends at university. Following the shared dream, to laugh, smile and always be happy.
Each member has an extensive background in Theatre and the Performing Arts.
Performing from young ages, gaining BA or higher qualifications and working professionally within the industry.
Scarlet Lights are keen to be apart of the creative world and plan to enjoy it! So far so good :)
We have many, many plans for the next few months so please… keep watching this space and we’ll keep you updated.

I have been very active in Domestic Violence causes all of my adult life. I noticed a need in the world pertaining to Same Sex Domestic Violence. It happens more than people know. Unfortunately there are a number of gay people who barely consider themselves worthy or valued as a gay person much less a Domestic Violence Victim. There are also very limited resources, statistics, or information, for Same Sex Domestic Violence. Hopefully through empowerment and education we can change some of this. :D

hey, id be happy to do the shots :) I have a lighting kit, and a lovely posh new portrait lens. So all I need is a few plug sockets and a venue. I have plain white / black backdrops which can be gaffer taped to a wall etc. We can mess about with the lighting as we go along.
