I have been trying to post on my blog for many days now and I believe my captors may have a friend who works for MySpace because I haven't been able to post even though I have contacted MySpace several times. I happen to have also started this website right before this nightmare began:

It never crossed my mind that I would ever be in a True Crime situation .. and never one of this magnitude. I have been sort of posting the information there because they have been blocking my MySpace but I think from now on I will have to update only on that site. They are too much in control of this one. I am not sure if it will do any good because once again that site is also hosted by YAHOO. But maybe now that YAHOO INC IS 100 PERCENT aware of what their employees have been up to , maybe just maybe my captors will have to watch what they are doing there because Yahoo will have all of the records of their activity. I am a hostage in my own home. I have been stalked and my cell phones, home phone and computer have all been illegally monitored, there is an illegal tracking device on my van, I get condoms left in my locked van even with the alarm set, I woke up one day to caution tape tied to my van and covering the entire area of my home, my life has been threatened as well as the lives of my children since March of 2008 when a very well known Yahoo engineer hacked up my website because he didn't like an e-mail response I had sent regarding a website I was building and Yahoo was hosting. He didn't know I was running Sitemeter which showed his IP address. So then he panicked when I began working on it with a detective (DET. LUCAS) out of the Austin Texas Police Dept Cyber Division. before I figured out he had changed his ip-address location. Next thing you know he contacts his buddy from the Sacramento FBI and they begin an illegal investigation on me based on what they both will call an "anonymous" tip. I figured everything out when I caught the FBI agent illegally intercepting a voicemail of mine on my land line and put all the pieces to the weird things that were happening together and that's when they put a hit out on my head. My family thought I was bonkers and lied to the social worker who then had me committed to a Heritage Oaks Hospital. Dr. Sugden the first doctor asked me what was I doing there "we're not the police". I told him I was told I was going to a safehouse. He then said "Do you have anyone who can help you?" I said a mother from my children's school gave me the number for a guy that use to investigate crooked FBI agents. He said "I will tell the nurse to let you get it out" I called Ron Koehler but apparently he had the flu he also stated he had been out of the FBI for 30 years. There was a "Caller Id" from his phone number on our home phone from that date but I never heard back from him. Dr. Sugden passed me to Dr. Lin (the forensic psychiatrist) who knew I wasn't nuts and made a deal with me that once I jumped through all of his hoops to rule everything out because I was already there and in order to present it to the authorities so there would be no doubt - that I took the medicine and still knew what I knew.. got an MRI showing no tumor etc. etc. he was going to find out the proper authorities to report the crimes committed. But even though I passed all of the tests with flying colors and all of the staff kept wondering what I was doing in the hospital in the first place.. Dr. Lin reneged on our deal because who was going to pay the $40,000 hospital bill? I am thinking if my insurance company knew all the hairy details and that my friend has tons of the proof in her safety deposit box.. they would consider it insurance fraud. So basically because I love my 3 kids more than anything ... I can't report this crime. So to all my so called friends in No. Cal. who treat me like I am nuts and avoid me like the plague.. I might add I am suing the hospital for defamation of character. To my family especially my know it all brothers in Washington.. thanks for almost letting me get "whathaveyou"ed. My oldest brother Danny is only a physicians assistant - but he has a confidence problem and that is how this whole thing turned into a medical issue instead of my family being there for me during the most horrendous time of my life. He came down from Washington where my family resides -coincidentally the same area as the Yahoo Engineer. I asked him to stay just one day and see everything weird that was going on but he wouldn't because he was already on a mission to "fix me". I mean how many pats on the back would you get for being able to "fix" your own sister? Wow.. he would have been a hero if he could have closed the deal. But because I am not nuts I threw his plans off and told him the truth that he was turning this into a medical issue because of his need to save the world. Needless to say he was extremely offended and for the rest of this ongoing ordeal I have had no family support because he is the wannabe Dr. He should be thanking God right now because if it wasn't for him - he would have to explain to his niece and nephews how his need for approval was the reason they were motherless. To the hand-full of friends who did show faith in me that nothing in the world could make me cave or be weak-minded for my kids enough to go off the deep end - including my current new doctor who is going to help clear my name and didn't treat me like I was a freak or put me on any unnecessary medicine and didn't have any other agenda and showed compassion for what I have just survived.. Thank you. To my kids, I am sorry for the rumors at school and that without checking into anything I said people just jumped to their own conclusions - but I am still alive for you (and that's all that matters to me) despite the attempts on my life including the one at Louis Pasteur baseball field when I looked up just in time while the hit-man was about to pull his gun out of his backpack until he realized my video camera was right on him. I can handle all of the judgemental-ness and not being able to report the crimes to clear my name because you 3 are worth it. Now I can't volunteer in your classes or go on field trips with you because Dr. Lin decided to be unethical and basically an accessory to all of this but at least I will be there for you when you get home. And Dr. Lin if you deny anything of the fact that I not once had anything but exemplary behavior during my 5 week stay - because I knew I was safe in there and believed you when we shook on the deal - then why don't you sue me? Better yet.. let's both go down and have a lie detector test done together and see who passes and who doesn't about our agreement and things you said - Like you were going home one weekend to research who the proper entity to report the crime to when there is an FBI agent involved? I will be happy to take the test. Not once did I think I was Jesus or say I had been sent by the messiah, not once did I say anyone was in there to get me. And to refresh your memory I didn't say it was the FBI (aside from the 2-3 week long false investigation) .. I said it was "A FBI". Not once did I have any type of emotional outburst or breakdown. I just joked around with people and staff trying to make the best a bad situation but looking forward to having it resolved before I left the hospital. I could have left after 3 days but for 5 weeks I kept waiving my right to leave because I trusted that you would keep your promise to me. Towards the end when it began looking like you weren't going to keep your promise I said "don't worry I am not going to sue you or the hospital". I promise on my childrens' lives that your exact response was .. "Well thank you - I appreciate that." - When I said that it was only because I had NO idea in this world that you were going to lie and put a false diagnosis on my discharge papers. Nothing of my behavior was anything typical of someone who you say is delusional. And normally, I would think you would verify anything before you can write down a false diagnosis on my discharge papers just to pay your hospital bill. Funny how you didn't mention anything of the sort about any disorder and the first time I heard of it was on the discharge papers as I was leaving and right after you told me that you were sorry it didn't go the way that I wanted it to by reporting it but that you would think they both would be thinking that I have been in there for so long that nobody would believe me and they would leave me alone. I hope your measly 40k was worth slamming my name through the mud and putting me through more humiliation than you could ever imagine because everyone trusts the professional right? So anyway kids, when you get older I will show you the mountains of proof that I have and you will know that the only thing that was wrong was that I was fighting for my life with absolutely no family support and you will also realize just how much I wanted to be the one there for you every day of your lives.
So in a NUT shell.. I took on the FBI, Yahoo inc,(so to speak) all by myself and survived and if anything happens to me accident or otherwise Dr. Lin and quite a few others know all the hairy details of who and when and why.
JANUARY 21 2009 -HERE IS AN UPDATE TO MY DILEMMA:
ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO I was informed by the FBI agent as well as the Yahoo Inc. Engineer that apparently AT&T finally woke up and realized my home network had been being hacked since MARCH 2008. They told me to stay off of the computer or AT&T would get a glimpse of the bigger picture of what has been transpiring all of these months. Things like Yahoo Incs involvement etc. At first I didn't believe them but the very next day the guy that was with the guy who was about to snipe me at my sons baseball game last May at Louis Pasteur school (on Elm St) was driving right behind me. So immediately I realized they were telling the truth and not just messing with me. Of course I wasn't going to get on my computer and still the day after that I believe I almost walked into a set-up when I arrived home. There was a guy waiting in his car parked down the street staring at me. I was reluctant to go in and went to get the neighbor first. When I was about to pull up there were 3 sheriffs in uniform walking in front of my home. What was scary was that one of them was one of the crooked sheriffs who was in my home last May and refused to take a report. I believe I forgot to mention previously that the FBI agent has tons and tons of Sacramento County Sheriffs who have been helping him to cover up his crimes against me and she was one of them. I have tried to report him 6 times now and on all accounts to different sheriffs I have been denied my right to have a report taken. If I can recall correctly at one point in the past 10 months or so the FBI agent mentioned that he was from a family of law enforcement. So anyway.. since there is a tracking device on my van the 3 sheriffs got the heads up that I was bringing company home and they all scurried out of the neighborhood. It got even worse. I have not been able to leave my home since November 15th when I caught a car pointing a gun at my van (ON VIDEO) with my 9 year old daughter and her teen-aged friend present. I have had to pay someone $20 a week to take my children to and from school. Since that time my kids and I have been terrorized by these 2 guys and their friends, the Sac County sheriffs, and all of their creepy friends who are so easily willing to "what have you" a mother of 3. They have tried to "what have you" me or kidnap my kids pretty much on a daily basis for the past 2 months straight. If you were to secretly watch the activity around my home and the people that park at the school turnaround area across the street and down Lake Natoma and Tonkin drive you would be amazed at all of the creepy people they send. Many times they send people pretending to have children they are waiting for across the street. When the plan is thwarted the person will have to wait 15 or 20 minutes until someone can drop their child or someones else's child off on the other side of the school. Several people and men have been caught trying to sneak through our backyard on the left side of our home because there is a culdesac. There are numerous vehicles that have been caught on video with no front or back license plate parked outside or on the side of our home. Because I haven't been out of my home they appeared to have tried to kidnap my kids but especially my oldest for some reason. I have tons of videos and pictures of all of the thugs they have sent. On Dec. 13th they sent a guy posing as an electrician to "whathaveyou" me who tried to enter my home with the 2 keys the FBI agent had professionally made to my home last spring. I have video of him with the keys in his hands as he was about to use them, luckily I had inside door locks (because I knew that) and the neighbor was home. What proves the Sac County sheriffs involvement is that we have ADT now and with my car alarm blaring this guy was so bold as to head around to the backyard which shows that he had to know either the sheriffs would not respond to the ADT call or that a cover up to his crimes would be made. Aside from those 2 videos I have other videos of guns pointed towards my home in hopes that they could get a good shot at me. I can't even convey the fear of living like this and knowing there is no safety net from the sheriffs or anyone. I have absolutely no criminal history and yet the sheriffs have been to my home about 7 or 8 times since AT&T caught on. I got so fearful of a set-up or that they were trying to come over and shoot me and then try to claim I was crazy that I had to file a complaint with the Sheriffs Internal Affairs so it would be publicly recorded that I knew that was a possibility for all of their unwarranted visits. I have spoken to someone who claimed to be the District Attorney and said his name was Rich Allen and he couldn't help. He said he didn't understand why I called the District Attorney's office. They can't help. He said normally if someone has someone trying to break-in or points a gun at you.. you call the police. I thought that was odd that he kept saying that and I kept repeating ... I can't because the sheriffs are involved. I said there was caution tape tied to my van and he said "wow your neighbors must really not like you" and I said it isn't my neighbors I never had this problem before March 2008. Again he said the next time someone does something then call the sheriffs - so then I said.. wait a minute.. why are we sitting here focusing on the people the FBI Agent keeps sending? It was strange to me that he kept avoiding anything that pertained to the guy who was the reason behind all of this terror my children and I were going through. Whoever the guy from the DA's office that called .. if they really did was obviously a friend of the FBI guy. I left a message for Dr. Lin to step up and at least tell my family the truth but he never did. Obviously if I have videos of guns pointed at me and attempted break-ins, and AT&T caught on ..then clearly I wasn't delusional. I have no one in this area that is willing to help my children and I. It makes me sad that supposed professionals don't care if 3 children are left motherless. I didn't name specific sheriffs in the complaint although I have names of a few as well as pictures of law enforcement in their personal vehicles constantly driving by my home to intimidate me. I have pictures of a spy-camera-listening van that was parked outside my home last spring and then started up again after AT&T caught on. Probably to view who comes and goes to my house as well as if I am trying to sneak out in someone else's vehicle. The problem with AT&T catching on is that they may know about the hacking but they don't know about the prior or current attempts on my life and also that if they forwarded anything to the sheriffs dept nothing will be done. They also aren't aware that the FBI guy had been in my home last spring and had my phone lines re-wired to someone else's line and that a search on my phone number shows a result that my phone number and address is now a residential location in Folsom. My phone number is 916-989-2283 and I live on Tonkin Dr. in Orangevale, Ca.95662. The phone number search on INTELIUS.com also indicates that the phone number owner address history has 3 addresses in Orangevale, 2 in Sacramento and 1 in Santa Cruz. We have never even lived in Folsom or Santa Cruz and have only had 1 address in Orangevale.. so it has to be someone else who is in control of the account. If anyone knows how to help or can contact someone that can help me please do as I have run into brick wall after brick wall. The FBI guy is so connected that nobody will help. It makes me wonder why so many people are at his fingertips. Please help my children and I. I just got back on the internet since they have been trying to "whathaveyou" me anyway but still they are 100 percent all over my beeswax. They are network and computer wizards and have hacked into every single account I have, myspace, Ebay, At&t, Bank of America, T-Mobile... everything. For instance when I initially set up my myspace I tried to "request a friend" from my friend Genny. She accepted and myspace sent me an e-mail stating my friend request had been accepted yet look at my friends..as of today 1/21/09.. Tom is my only friend. I don't show up on Genny's either. That is how in control they are on my computer and business. I can't really make any important phone calls because as I stated before my phone wiring was re-done and my calls get redirected to their fake call center. For instance I tried calling the Sacramento FBI office and supposedly spoke to the Duty Officer. She treated me very hostile and said she would call the FBI agent to see what he had to say. Something just sounds unprofessional about something so serious being handled that way. I just said "what is he going to say..Yes I am trying to have her "whathaveyou-ed". That is so ridiculous that the duty officer would handle the investigation. I have tried calling AT&T with the initial ticket #175676457. they gave me when I last spoke with them and the call I think they began an investigation when I told them not to because my life was in danger last May. I needed help setting up my router and they began noticing weird things about my account including that my computer was saying I had a 2Wire modem when in fact I have the original Speedstream one they sent me years ago. I can't seem to get through to the real AT&T either. I tried calling the attorney s office for Gloria Allred but I don't believe I am reaching their firm either. Everything in my life is so rigged. I am literally a prisoner. Just this evening they threatened me that they were going to "whathaveyou" me and make it look like a suicide and be charged with manslaughter only.. if any charges at all. This means the sheriffs dept again will be covering for them because in my 9 page complaint regarding all of this it is clearly stated several times that I wish to live and be here for my children. That is the whole point of the complaint and trying to seek help from them. SO HERE IS THE TRUTH... I LOVE MY KIDS MORE THAN ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD AND WOULD NOT WANT TO BE APART FROM THEM FOR EVEN A MINUTE. I KNOW THEY NEED ME AND I LOVE LIVING WITH THEM THAT IS WHY I HAVE LOST SLEEP WATCHING MY BACK SO THAT I COULD STILL BE HERE FOR THEM EVEN THOUGH NO ONE ELSE IN MY LIFE EXCEPT FOR GOD HAS REALLY BEEN THERE FOR ME. I AM FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE WITH ALL OF MY MIGHT FOR MY CHILDREN.
At this very moment there are 2 or 3 guys down the street to the left of my home because my computer activity is being monitored and apparently they are not happy about it so they are trying to "whathaveyou" me again. I wouldn't have added the update but on the last threat I want everyone to know that absolutely I do not want to die. They said there will be a public outcry but they would get away with it.
I will be adding pictures and videos of the attempted murders etc soon if these guys will permit it.
JANUARY 22, 2009 UPDATE:
THE SHERIFFS JUST CAME BY AGAIN... AND THANK GOD ONCE AGAIN MY NEIGHBOR JOHN WAS HOME WHEN I PHONED. THEY SAID SOME PARENT FROM MY CHILDREN'S SCHOOL CALLED AND WAS WORRIED BECAUSE THEY SAW MY BLOG AND I WAS SAYING I AM GETTING "WHATHAVEYOU-ED. (if that is even true) I said well hopefully not. ALL 3 OF MY CHILDREN AND I HEARD THEM TURN THE KNOB TO MY FRONT DOOR even though I said we were fine and to hold on a minute. My son's 13 year old friend was in the tree house in the front yard and saw with his own eyes they tried to open our door. I don't believe they noticed him prior to trying. They told me it is legal for them to do that. I found out that the 13 yr. old classmate said he saw them stick something in to open it. He thought they picked the lock but I believe they probably used the keys that the FBI guy had made if he saw them using something. The witness also confirmed that they did not notice him until after doing that. I am not too familiar with sheriff laws and legalities but whether they were illegally made keys or a pick.. is that really legal?? They said they had to see we were fine but they had to already know things were fine when they drove up because all three kids were playing in the front yard while I was watching them in the camera monitor. When they saw the sheriffs pulling up they ran in the house. I asked them once again to take a report and of course they wouldn't. They said I am the only one saying the FBI guy is trying to "whathaveyou" me and I said no I'm not. After they fluffed that off they said what can we do to help and I said to not have anyone from the sheriffs come here anymore because I have asked so many times before and now I am taking it to the public instead. So please no one call the sheriffs again if that is even true. Calling them just gives them more free whacks at "whathavingyou" me. During our conversation he said "if we were trying to kill you we would just bust the door down." That is strange to me that he said that because it makes it almost sound as if he or whomever sent him here read my blog themselves first. After he made that comment I said "I didn't say you were trying to kill me". Anyway, due to the fact that they turned my doorknob after I said we were fine and to hold on a minute, I believe once again they were here for not so good intentions. They told me to take the blog down.. I am sure they would like that. It doesn't sound too good that the people who are suppose to be protecting us have had a hand in the turmoil that my children and I have had to endure. I told them I wasn't going to because I need help. They were not happy at all that I called my neighbor. They treated him very hostile. I know they don't want anyone to protect me that way they can do as they wish. One of the sheriffs said "awh you called him?" I said yes I did. This just goes to prove the FBI guy is so connected... because obviously my 9 page complaint to the Sheriffs internal affairs.. meant nothing and accomplished nothing as far as them being able to come over here to try to take another whack at me. This makes about 8 or 9 times since AT&T caught on. So as of this moment I can't say someone is trying to "whathaveyou" me anymore because they said they would have to come back if I am still saying that. I will change everything above to "whathaveyou" since I can't say the "K" word or they will have more unwarranted visits. I am in a mess.

MY CAPTORS HAVE KEPT ME OFFLINE FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW. THEY GOT RIGHT BACK TO THEIR OLD WAYS FOR MOST OF THE TIME. IT HAS BEEN HORRENDOUS AND SCARY. NOW THAT I AM FINALLY BACK ONLINE I SEE THAT THEY HAVE DELETED SOME BLOG POSTS OF MINE AS WELL AS CHANGED THE LOOK OF MY MYSPACE PAGE WITH A HARD TO READ FONT ETC. I DON'T LIKE "PAPYRUS" FONT.. I THINK YOU KNOW IT'S HARD TO READ THAT IS WHY YOU CHANGED IT TO THAT. I WAS ABLE TO CHANGE THE FONT AND I WILL RE-POST THE MISSING BLOG POSTS LATER. THEY ALSO CHANGED MY PICTURE AND DID SOMETHING WITH IT. ALSO, I JUST NOTICED THE 2 MATCHING GINORMOUS WARTS YOU PUT ON EITHER SIDE OF MY NOSE BRIDGE.VERY NICE. THAT OUGHT TO SCARE OFF A FEW WOULD HAVE BEEN CONCERNED PEOPLE. NICE THINKING. I NOTICED THEY PURPOSELY MISSPELLED WORDS ON MY BLOG POSTING SO THAT I WOULD APPEAR TO BE IGNORANT. NICE TOUCH GUYS BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT I ALWAYS THINK WHEN I SEE A PAGE WITH INCORRECT SPELLINGS. ANYWAY.. I STILL DON'T HAVE A RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM AND THEY ARE IN COMPLETE CONTROL OF MY LIFE. I have to write my posts on my profile page because Jim, Leo and their friends have blocked me from posting on my blog. I think it may be because GOOGLEBOT.com paid a visit the other day and they do not want my story to spread. If I get indexed in GOOGLE.. they know that is bad news. If you will notice there is a green and white SITEMETER ICON at the bottom of this section and I also have an account for the blog. That one is at the top right of my VIEW ALL BLOGS page. I made it PUBLIC last night so you can click on it and see who is visiting. I don't believe the page they redirect me to is the TRUE results but it does show EVEN MY CAPTORS NUMEROUS VISITS. When I put it up I was just trying to figure out a way to get the TRUE results as opposed to them not showing me the whole truth about who is viewing my MySpace (a.k.a. OURSPACE). When I finished changing the option to PUBLIC I noticed the MAFIA WARS BANNER...the one that I mentioned before that said "THE ONLY GAME ON MYSPACE THAT WILL BREAK YOUR KNEECAPS". I didn't realize until they put that .. that OH YEAH.. now everyone can see that I am telling the truth because JIM AND LEO have been visiting my blog since I added Sitemeter to my blog and their IP addresses show up as well. That was not long after my JANUARY 21st update and way before I put their names. I just noticed that my captors did something to the one below to make it so you can't CLICK the SiteMeter logo which is suppose to take you to my Sitemeter Reports page. You are suppose to be able to view "Who's On", Location, Ip-addresses, everything but the account Manager page. So here are a couple links to try. The first one is the address Sitemeter gives but then somehow it changes into the second one. I am not sure if the first one is the REAL results and it is my Captors redirecting it or if that is what it is suppose to do. You could try to copy and paste it into your address bar outside of MySpace because my captors and their other Level 3 engineering wizards are ALL over anyone who visits my MySpace. But I think if you were to write the first link down and visit it directly from a different web page.. I think it should show the TRUE results. I don't see why SITEMETER would put one address for the PUBLIC to view the results when it is actually at a different address destination. If that doesn't work though then the second one should although I don't believe I am getting the correct information. For instance when you begin typing a search in Google.. links in GREEN begin coming up under the search box. Mine showed 9,270 links for a KORY BAKER ORANGEVALE search. Then when I click on it there are only 942 results (for my viewing at least). I tried a different search on something else and the links showed 13,000 or so and then I clicked on it and it took me to the Google results first page which showed the whole 13,000 or so. I believe that is what it is suppose to be otherwise Google would be false advertising. My captors change my results I believe once again, as in my SiteMeter results to make me believe NOBODY cares. Apparently with 9,270 web pages found for Kory Baker in Orangevale.. someone must. I just hope someone out of that many care enough to help me out of this mess. Like I said one day a couple weeks ago. I believe my captors messed up and forgot to add a file and there were hundreds of people on my blog and within a couple minutes everything came to a screeching halt. That is why I believe the first SITEMETER link that ends in the "asp" should work but just not for me.
Please someone help us out of this mess. No one has and all I have done was provide proof after proof of things all the while no one can discount any of it. I began running SiteMeter a couple weeks after I updated on January 21st. My MySpace account shows about 8,000 views to my profile and over 14,000 to my blog.
(As I was copying the table from my blog, my captors changed the total views to some ridiculously low number like 37 total views.. They sure do not want people to care enough to help and they do everything they can to manipulate anyone that might.)
Anyway, still Yahoo, Jim, Leo, Dr. Lin, no one can make me take my blog down for slander. Please help restore my rights so I can be here for my children. I love them.

AGAIN MY CAPTORS ARE PLANNING TO DISPOSE OF ME
For about the 10th time I just noticed once again that my captors took down my initial BLOG POST. It was the one right after I updated my MYSPACE page and spilled the beans and told the truth to the public about what my captors and their friends have been doing to my kids and I since MARCH of 2008. In my "Their Latest Stint" post I warn everyone that even though I could tell they were trying to set the scene to make it look like some "MYSPACE MOTHER OF 3 KILLER" was on the loose, don't fall for it. They keep trying to make that one fly. Now that my SITEMETER statistic reports are PUBLIC.. EVERYONE can see every visitors information. That way if anything happens to me.. then they can be tracked. I don't even get outside anymore because I am My Captors prisoner. So it couldn't be anyone I have met. So if no one from the SiteMeter report matches to the evidence (hopefully someone will help me before they get the chance to try this one again) then you know it was MY CAPTORS doing. Besides..come on.. there is nobody else with motive. I mean really.. since no one has helped after me publicizing since January.. I am guessing most people believe I really am a NUTCASE. How attractive is that?????

THEY ARE STILL BLOCKING ME FROM POSTING ON MY BLOG AND RIGHT BACK TO THREATENING A SET UP BY THE SHERIFFS
My captors are still blocking me completely from posting on my blog. I guess there were too many people beginning to care otherwise they wouldn't feel the need to cut me off. As I was typing in a search on Google for "Craigslist" they began threatening me once again insinuating that the sheriffs will set me up. When each of you type in "Craigslist" on Google's home page is your first page results: 2: Sheriffs sues Craigslist for Largest source of Prostitution. 3: Exclusive Craigslist Rapist, Too? DNA Examined - THE DAILY BEAST, 5: CRAIGSLIST Promises Criminals Will get Caught. There were tons of other nice ones on my results such as CRAIGSLIST CEO Attends Slain Womans Funeral.
Is it just me or is that everyone's normal results for there first pages. Anyway, I hope someone helps us soon. It is so not fair they use their law enforcement connections to try to think of ways to set me up or "whathaveyou" me because AT&T or whoever is taking so long to help us. Please care enough about my kids and I to help us. Contact MySpace and everyone I have mentioned. It has been since March 29th of 2008 since they got on my home network. That is such a long time and it has been very stressful. Thank you.

It is almost 1:00am in the morning and I guess my captors believe this would be a good time to "whathaveyou" me. They have completely blocked me from blogging and I guess in doing so the people that subscribe to my blog can't get my updates and warnings about what they are doing to my kids and I. So right now they sent a guy and he pulled up in front of my house. I did the car alarm but it is late and they know it so he was persistent in trying to stay long enough to do something. He left because of the alarm and the way that it is loud and it is very obvious if he is parked RIGHT in front of my house. He then came back about 3 or 4 minutes later and again I made sure to keep blaring the car alarm. This is sooo sick. My captors are relentless in trying to dispose of me. I mentioned in the last section how they were threatening me that now some CRAIGSLIST killer and another one of a set up by the SHERIFFS. I typed in "CRAIGSLIST" again later this evening for my neighbor John. They thought they would be sneaky and show CRAIGSLISTS real results.. that was smart. So then I showed John pictures of the same exact search results and for the same pages from only a few hours before and he just shook his head at the stuff they were threatening as compared to the REAL Google results. Please someone help us. If they are allowed to continue to terrorize us and make attempts eventually they will succeed. Please someone stand up for my kids and I. We really can't believe that NO ONE has. The whole thing has been a nightmare and so unfair. Think about how my kids feel dealing with this at such a young age and having to feel there is NO HIGHER agency that will step up and rescue us. Please pray for us.

The one good thing is that I actually got a court hearing even though RAY PONCE the REAL ESTATE BROKER from REMAX had his attorney request a decision by the deputy as opposed to a trial hearing.
I am afraid though because RAY PONCE KNOWS that I know he is involved and he is still trying to proceed with kicking my kids and I out of our home that we lost because I have been stripped of my civil rights to get this problem over months ago. My communication is all blocked. As I mentioned in a previous post they did EVERYTHING they could to keep me from getting my Unlawful Detainer "Answer" to the courthouse in time. Remember I mentioned they took out "Sacramento" as an option from the scroll down menu of courthouses to choose from? Even though it was a day late I still got a court hearing though. I am glad about that because at least I have a chance. What is horrible though is that I can't contact an attorney because as stated before my phone calls all get redirected when I try to reach someone that can help me out of this mess and EXPOSE my captors CRIMES. I am also afraid because they are threatening that they have the judge in their back pocket. What I am most afraid of is that my captors know that if they don't have the judge in their back pocket that the truth is going to start coming out in a BIG WAY. So with Ray Ponce knowing that he is an ACCESSORY and yet still proceeding makes me believe they have something else planned. So that being said, please everyone remember that if ANYTHING happens to me tomorrow it was because that I was finally going to get a chance to be in front of a judge and that finally the justice system would know that I have been a VICTIM for over a year now.
On the subject of RAY PONCE who claims he is not involved. I found out some very very interesting information. I had mentioned a few weeks ago that on the day that Ray showed up here 2 hours after the sale in a BIG hurry to get me out of here.. he clearly stated to both my neighbor RICK and I that "HE" bought this house. He told Rick that he and his partners were just "FLIPPIN HOUSES" , buying them and selling them as fast as they could (in this great market of doing that). Then after I posted the information regarding the events with Ray Ponce on my MySpace blog he changed his story and told me ON RECORDING that PRIVATE INVESTORS bought the house. I honestly believe that he changed his story because anyone who knows him and reads my blog KNOWS that he is affiliated with Jim Harris. ON RECORDING he told me that I could go online and see who bought it but that it would only give me the "PARTNERSHIP" name and not the names of the members.
So me being in a position where I can't obtain an attorney because my phone line is RIGGED I had to get busy researching this EQUIMAX LP partnership this past week.
Well.. what do you know? I found out on the 'KEPLER' government records for corporations in California that RAY PONCE , himself set up that partnership ONLY ONE MONTH BEFORE THE SALE OF MY HOME. Is it just me or does anyone smell anything FISHY about that??

As soon as I finished posting the info that RAY PONCE the accessory and how HE just set up the LIMITED PARTNERSHIP only days prior to the auction date of my home.. I began having banners about SHERIFFS and insinuating that I am going to need to be BAILED out and stuff about JAIL etc. My question to JIM HARRIS JR. IS.. do the sheriffs know that you are continuing to try to involve them in your schemes to get them in trouble? This has nothing to do with the sheriffs so why would the sheriffs care if my kids and I don't get kicked out of our home because of YOUR ILLEGAL activity. JIM HARRIS JR. is responsible for having our home bugged and our phone line rewired and setting up all of the attempts of MURDER on me and KIDNAPPINGS AND POISONING of my son and kids. JIM IS RESPONSIBLE so why because you continued to commit the crimes when I agreed to end this back in AUGUST.. why are you still trying to keep the sheriffs involved? I am pleased that the sheriffs have completely stopped harassing my children and I. This is about YOU JIM and YOUR ACTIVITY being exposed.

Well today I went to court regarding the 'UNLAWFUL' eviction hearing and because the judge had to go by the book he made a judgement for RAY PONCE the accessory to the crimes from REMAX GOLD IN FOLSOM. I knew that it wasn't good if I showed up without an attorney. If my life wasn't being threatened and I could have actually drove freely around or if I had an attorney, they WOULD have easily been able to discover Ray is an affiliate of someone involved.. the judge would have made a decision more in my favor. In a round about way.. PROOF.. which is out there, is all he was looking for. I tried a few times to call an attorney, for months now actually but my captors redirect my calls to their helper helpertons. To prove this I just called a civil rights attorney out of the phone book last week. I asked him what kind of cases does he do? My captors know I tried to call this guy once before so they knew it was a civil rights attorney. So to test him I said "That's all? Just civil rights?". I said your ad says you handle other types of cases.. what others do you handle? He couldn't even give me one other type and yet the advertisement was showing SEVERAL. He even actually asked ME.. "What does it say there?". The last time I called his office I asked "Who is this again?" (because I got mixed up from the different listings in the Yellow pages) and the gal said "I don't know.. Who did you call?" Then she said something like oh yes this is his office. So anyway.. knowing 100% even from the online BRIBERY ATTEMPT from FLIPPINHOUSES.com that my captors showed me with checks from attorneys, title co.s and real estate related people I know that Ray is 100% involved even though he flat out LIED UNDER OATH today in court. I know I needed an attorney but I called my dad and he wouldn't help. I didn't want money for one, my communication is blocked so it is hard for me to obtain one on my own. I called another friend who knows an attorney but again she just assumes I am off my rocker. That is pretty much the damage that my family's initial unqualified DIAGNOSIS did to me. Because of them and everyones belief that if your own family thinks you are bonkers... you must be. I will have to add once again.. NOT ONE OF MY FAMILY HAS CHECKED INTO A SINGLE THING I HAVE SAID. All of it is judging from hundreds of miles away. Imagine.. living through something like this and your kids having the helpless feeling of knowing that people they thought they could count on were ABSOLUTELY ABSENT while they were worried if they would even have their mom when they got home from school or a baseball game. It has been sad to say the least. But I have my kids and they are all that I really need besides God of course. Most of my family live in Washington, not far from Leo, but I have a sister in Sacramento, who even in December claimed that "WE ARE TIGHT" to a friend who tried to call her to let her know how worried I was. I have called her a few times because she has not even seen me ONCE since this nightmare began last March. All of her news has been through the family "Gossip Gazette". What kind of sister.. whether she thinks you are off your rocker or not.. just stops seeing you? That.. everyone, is the type of thing I have had to deal with and learn about my family. Even after I posted YAHOO INC CORPORATES VISIT from my Sitemeter report and yet I am still claiming my claims about their employee and his helpers and not happy with that company at all and my family can't put 2 and 2 together about why they aren't making me take my blog down. They aren't because I'M TELLING THE TRUTH. I have made claims .. pretty GRAND claims about LEO NOTENBOOM and even put a link on one post to his ASK-LEO.com website. He can see on his end where the traffic is coming from as well as my Sitemeter report shows that JAMES E. HARRIS JR. and LEO NOTENBOOM have been reading my blog as early as the first day that I started the Sitemeter subscription for it. Yet still neither one of them can make me take the blog down legally. Why.. because they know it is ALL TRUE as well. RAY PONCE shows as visiting a few weeks ago and also knows my claims.. and he can't make me take it down either.. because he knows that he knows and I know that he knows. By the way.. for someone that supposedly does not know anything about my captors, I thought is was interesting how the second his wife entered the courtroom today.. she looked straight at me like she knew who I was. Mind you, I have never met her and met Ray only once. If he didn't know what is going on..WHY WOULD HE BE READING MY MYSPACE BLOG.. very shortly after I posted the information about him? He was reading it because he is involved and my captors told him what I wrote about him. That is why he called me literally right after I wrote the info about him on APRIL 1st...but BEFORE I had even clicked POST. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer and as soon as I did click post the WHEN WILL YOU DIE? banner appeared on my screen. When Ray and his attorney tried to come over today immediately after the hearing I said nobody is getting into my house until an INVESTIGATION is done. He said by law we have the right and I said "Why now? So you can make sure the bugs are still in place? I also said "You didn't even care to see the inside before you bought the place and that seems VERY STRANGE if you ask me and now you care? When looking up information to try to have something solid.. even though my internet experience is compromised .. I read RAY PONCES Facebook profile. When it asked what his political views are ..he wrote: "CONFUSED AND SCARED". There was also an interesting comment on his page from a gal he is friends with. She said something like.. Hi Ray, it was really nice seeing you guys and hopefully we can get together again sometime soon under MORE CALMER CIRCUMSTANCES. Ray should be scared, since he decided to go ahead and ILLEGALLY kick my kids and I out of our home KNOWING why we lost it in the first place. His wife was very hostile towards me from the second she entered the court room she was giving me dagger looks. I told Ray to get ready for being behind bars. Apparently, these people that knowingly continue to be accessories to my captors.. care more about their friendship than their freedom and being there for their children and WIFE. At first I felt a little sorry for him like he didn't really know exactly what he was getting himself into when he chose to help his friend. But he knows by reading my post and email everything we have been through and for him to continue to proceed with KICKING my kids out of their home and not caring that when they do that, what Jim, Leo and company will do to their mother who is still a witness with MOUNTAINS of other proof, showed me that he is not a compassionate person with a conscience and he should deal with the consequences of his actions. He knows the truth and he's read my blog so he is well aware of what my kids and I have been through.. and he couldn't care less. Imagine your little girl RAY.. imagine her having to be scared out of her mind because she KNEW, people her mom didn't even know, were trying to murder her mom because of someone else's careless decisions. Imagine her at ages 7, 9 and 11 dealing with that. Then imagine her at age 11 thinking she had a friend and then finding out the friend and her mom and their crooked law enforcement relative putting something they told her not to talk about in her drink and her becoming instantly ill and finding out if your wife didn't get her out of there when she did.. your baby would be dead and your wife framed for it?? This is not to mention the TRUCKLOADS of creeps that have been sent to try to break in even while your child is in the house. And you still had NO PROBLEM kicking my kids out of their home? Nice person Ray.
That brings me to what I want everyone to know. I stopped by the SACRAMENTO FBI MAIN OFFICE today on Orange Grove. The guy at the gate let me speak to the 'security' indoors and I gave him a brief summary of my dilemma. He took my name and address down and James E. Harris Jr.'s name. I told him about a few things like the FAKE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT LETTERS that Jim sent that said they were from DAVID M. HARDY SECTION/CHIEF RECORDS/INFORMATION. The letters stated that there were NO FBI INVESTIGATION records found. The second the FBI hears that they will know that they are fake because their records will instantly show them that they did have an investigation on me in April of 2008. They used the US POSTAL SYSTEM to send them.. another FEDERAL OFFENSE. He told me to come first thing in the morning that everyone has gone. So I asked him to forward the information to someone in case I don't make it because Jim might not let me make it there. He has been preventing me and blocking me at every angle to keep his secret from coming out.
My back is up against the wall if I have to move from here in 10 days. If there is not an investigation before that time then I know and my captors know I am toast. So tomorrow my friend is taking me to the FBI main office to finally report in PERSON since Jim blocks everything else as far as my communication.
So to the people I made a promise to regarding you know what... I meant what I said. The court hearing transcriptions today prove that I am and will continue to keep our little deal to ensure mine and my children's safe resolution out of this nightmare.
Everyone else.. if something does happen to me tonight or before then or before the FBI come here.. then you know it was because I was about to uncover his secret life.
PLEASE, PLEASE .. pray for my children and I. I am spent and I just want this over but I want to survive.

I HAVE OFFICIALLY REPORTED JAMES E. HARRIS JR. TO THE SACRAMENTO FBI TODAY
I have officially reported James E. Harris Jr. to the Federal Bureau of Investigations Sacramento Main Office. It has been such a long, hard and grueling time that I have been Jim's prisoner. I only wish that I could have did it a while ago BEFORE he got so many people involved. Mostly, before AT&T started whatever they started. My kids have now seen a side of the world that most people die of old age and still haven't seen. They are so young and it went on for so long that it was impossible to protect them from seeing and knowing what they know.
The meeting was brief and I will be hearing back from them shortly. Mainly I just told them that Jim Harris Jr. has been trying to "whathaveyou" me to protect his reputation. He told me if I feel my life is in danger to call 911. I just told him that Jim had my phone line re-wired and when I call anywhere that can help me I reach Jim's fake call center. I told them I have tried to call them, the secret service, everywhere and I don't really get through to who I am calling. I get to who Jim has waiting for my calls. He said that they are aware now and that I shouldn't have any more problems that they HAVE TO take my report seriously. I was satisfied with that.
I just received the "WHEN WILL YOU DIE? banner on my MySpace page a few minutes ago.. only this time My Captors have given me a time frame. For the first time since they have been threatening me with the banner - it now has an addition that reads: "450 Days".
My stomach is all tied up in knots already, but then again I have become very well aquainted with that feeling ..especially since October of last year. All I can say is that even though my captors bought my house to "Gut the whole thing" and then "youknowwhat" to me, at least I have a chance to survive for my kids now when they do take over the home.

I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY EVICTION HEARING WAS SOOO RIGGED!!
I just found out that my UNLAWFUL DETAINER court hearing was SOOOOOOOO RIGGGGEDD! I was served today by A VERY NICE SHERIFF, who was not intimidating in the least bit. Thank you. I have to be out of the house that RAY PONCE THE FOLSOM, CA. REMAX GOLD REAL ESTATE BROKER bought to FLIP the bugs right out of it and to RE-WIRE the phone lines back to normal.
I thought it was VERY STRANGE that the judge WOULD NOT give me a continuance so that I would have time to somehow obtain an attorney even though my family refused to help me. I mean, something just seemed VERY FISHY that I told him my phone calls are all re-directed and that I DID try to call an attorney but it was my captors who answered. You remember .. he didn't even know any of the other SEVERAL types of cases 'he' handles and has listed in 'his' yellow page ad? To prove what I am saying is true I bet ANYONE that if they speak to NATHANIEL POTRATZ in person that he absolutely did NOT speak to me on two separate occasions. He is a CIVIL RIGHTS attorney in Fair Oaks, Ca. and I imagine he would have loved to have me as a client.
Anyway, I also received a notice in the mail today regarding the judges decision. HE WAS A TEMPORARY JUDGE.. how convenient. So then I did a little research and WHAT DO YOU KNOW.. he is shown on a TEAM as a FELONY CASE JUDGE with someone who had a lot to do with why I haven't received any justice in my case. To that person.. I am really surprised that after me telling you what I did on my blog.. you would hook it up so that I am kicked out on the streets with my kids in 5 days. You hear my bugged house. You know it is still unsafe for me. That is what I get for giving you your GOOJF card? Thank you so much. I don't have enough CAVING PRESSSURE!! You know what I have been through. I don't believe it was you that had the SICK MIND to come up with everything that my captors have tried. HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL?

I have a GMAIL ACCOUNT that My Captors and their LEVEL 3 ENGINEERS BREAK INTO DAILY. This has been a complete nightmare because they have compromised my phone line and they block all communication via internet to anyone that can help me and my children out of this mess. It would be so nice if I had just ONE email account that they couldn't break into. They break into it on the companies side and not my end. I use KEYSCRAMBLER and they are still into my account. I always have tons of "cookies" showing when I log into my Gmail. One says something like LOCALSESSION something else, another says REMEMBERME and there are tons that shouldn't be that start with .google.com etc. If I am on the http://www.google.com home page and click on the GMAIL link this is the page that I land:

I tried to call an attorney because I had perfect credit before they started this. My captors threatened me yesterday that the sheriffs notified the security company NOT to respond to any calls for my address. I am so use to them threatening I never know when they will really try something. My neighbor saw the threat with her own eyes because she was here.
I just noticed that my system was not working when the door is open. I am so scared because they know ALL three kids are going to be gone in a little while. Please help me. Don't let them get away with it if something happens. Please pray for me. Thank you.
