bonjour! no not an art colleger (sadly). I found your Boredom book in Easons once and bought it for my friend for her birthday. after reading it through myself obviously. It has provided us with many an hour of fun. Spastic Pony is our hero! :)
We've only sold a few as of now, but I'm sending a handful down to the Bristol Travelling Man so they can oush it there for you guys as well, and all businessy stuff will still be handled through us of course! I'm getting myself a copy tomorrow as it happens.
Can't wait to get down to Dublin on Saturday to see your little table!
Twas in Forbidden Planet and saw the comic on the counter aswell as upstairs. I am so proud. I'll be offically buying my copy in Dublin on Saturday - hopefully signed too. George did you get me that promo t-shirt?
Yeah, that's pretty much the boat we're in when it comes to pricing, but I would have thought with 1000 copies the prices would drop, then again, the covers are quite fancy pants, where did you get them printed?
When a blue moon orbits jupiter, we're suddenly stripped from the shackles of laziness and find ourselves mulling around printshops with hands full of cash, then we put them all up on the shelf in Travelling Man in Newcastle where all of us work/used to work. I actually spoke to one of you guys when you brought yours in to sell, my manager questioned your pricing. You told him to get a haircut.
Ah, good times.
But no, seriously, we should be printing all 3 issues again soon, they'll be like £1 each, and you'll get to see Phil Marsden's work, which isn't featured on this site, and is pretty much the cream of the crop.
