Alpha Transit is releasing a new live concert cd "Transit Comes Alive" , recorded right here in Milwaukee, and we're having a concert party to celebrate it.
Please join us Friday January 30th, 9:30pm at G Daddy's BBC (Upper Level)

Transit Comes Alive!, the newest addition to the Alpha Transit catalog, is the first of a two part series of releases recorded 100 percent live at the Milwaukee Ale House during the summer of 2008. The titles of these recordings pay tribute to the seemingly distant era when the record buying masses encouraged and supported their favorite groups extending and improvising on their songs in the live jam format. This recording and the soon to be released Made In Milwaukee showcase the group doing what they do best; steering the music through the maps of their unique compositions, fusing white knuckle improvisations with relentless grooves, and taking the entire audience along with them on the mind-boggling journey.
