Many of the bands and artists on coolfire go beyond the normal musical boundaries which restrict most of today's commercial artists.
Many are choosing to produce music which cannot easily be defined by a single name or genre. They are free to express themselves in a way that could only be realised by the absence of money and greed. For this reason coolfire has taken the decision not to pigeon hole bands and artists under a specific musical label. A strict music genre such as HipHop or Rock no longer exists. What we have instead are sections with no name. In these sections you will discover that we have grouped together bands and artists which we feel have a similar sound or style. The rest is down to you to find your sound and know your true self.

I create a more organic ambient music characterised by integration of various electronics, vocal samples and sometimes acoustic musical instruments. Aside from the usual electronic music influences, organic ambient tends to incorporate influences from world music, sometimes with an element of drone instrumentation and percussion. My organic ambience is has harmonious overtones with nature, the environment and the mind.
