Rally to End Cannabis Prohibition
This year, 2009, you can help change history.
Be in Albany on April 17, call your legislator, or write to the governor.
Cannabis prohibition is a waste of tax dolllars and violation of our rights.
STATE CAPITOL EAST LAWN
The people of New York want these unjust laws corrected.
There is no reason why people should be arrested for growing cannabis.
The reasons used to make the law were fabricated and false.
It think that the government should not control your health choices.

The Tennessee Senate is considering Senate Bill 209, the Medical Marijuana Act of 2009. This measure, which seeks to allow for the use of medical cannabis by terminally ill patients, is now before the Senate Standing Committee, General welfare, Health and Human Resources. As introduced, SB 209 seeks to allow state-qualified patients to possess up to eight ounces of medical cannabis and/or 18 plants (six mature, twelve immature).
A companion bill, HB 368, is also pending in the House. Please take a moment today to contact your elected officials and ask them to support SB 209 and HB 368. For your convenience, a pre-written letter will be e-mailed to your elected officials when you enter your contact information on the page of the link below.
