Achim Schreiner, born on the 7th of August and currently living in southwest Germany, is a professional songwriter and musician and works with many different artists from all over the world.He started playing guitar and composing at the age of 12 and since then he never stopped writing and recording.
He is famous for his enormous output and for countless collaborations with musicians from all over the world including such as the "Sisters Of The Moon" (formerly Blackmore's Night), Soliloquise, Tamara Barnett and many more.
Achim never cared for musical styles, categories or genres and gets his inspiration from various direction which can be rock, even metal, chanson, folk, jazz, blues or experimental. He also worked for german TV and wrote music for
commercials, audioplays and even small soundtracks for short movies.
Achim Schreiner also teaches guitars, bass, keyboards and general composing at a private music school in Heidelberg, Germany. Despite being a multi-instrumentalist, there has never been any doubt that the guitars are his main instrument and his main love.
Beside that, Achim loves to meet new people and to get them in touch with his diverse music. In his rare sparetime he enjoys travelling and being outdoors, relaxing, reading, skiing, cooking and motor racing.
