About me: Schtickers.com is part of Retrofitted Designs, a company that strives to create high-design low-cost high-quality products that allow customers to look at their “things” differently. Current products include LapSchtickers and PodSchtickers, which allow users to customize and stylize laptops and iPods, and Simpletins, which make organizing easy.
Formed at the Bauhaus coffee house in Seattle's Capital Hill in the summer of 2004, Retrofitted Designs is the brainchild of Leslie Pierson and Angelo Zambito. Over coffee that afternoon these two visionaries and ex-corporate workers turned a long discussion about the difficulties of the corporate world into an attainable dream of an alternative work situation that’s a slice more humane than the standard two-weeks-off-a-year-after-working-your-butt-off-for-something-that-isn't-yours scenario.
