What began as just an interest in electronic and rock music has spurred a burgeoning career for Washington, D.C. based Producer, Live Act, and DJ Schubert. 2009 has been a break out year for the young artist with his chart topping releases of Contact, Televators, 7 Miles, Dolphin, among various remixes for well respected others. Breaking the Beatport Top 10 on several occasions in various genres, Schubert has gained support and praise from Tom Craft, Ahmet Sendil, Peter Gelderblom, Ambivalent (M_nus), to artists of super label Armada and has quickly moved up the ranks as a DJ and hosts one of the most successful Techno, Minimal, and Tech House radio stations every week. Among artist duties, Schubert has also proven himself to be the capable label head of his very own record label Aurora Music. The catalog of releases keeps growing and attracting some of the most well respected producers in Electronica.
