IOS is the latest metamorphic wonder of Schwa; Seamlessly blending genres, IOS flows like warm honey. Beginning with a slow, fluid movement accompanied by a mournful horn, the listener is lulled into a chill trance; But impermanence reigns in this tune. Just when you think you know where IOS is going, the mellow mood shifts, the momentum picks up. With kick ass drum beats belied by smooth vocals, you get swept up in the movement of ink on skin. Don't get too comfortable; in the world of impermanence every corner holds the power of surprise. The beauty of a haunting acoustic guitar sneaks in, grabbing your attention and blowing you away with gentle sadness. I think the vocals are Schwa's best ever, reflecting his nature of ease and warmth no matter the situation. Every movement of IOS is a surprise yet completely natural, like streams all flowing into a single river.
