leaving a cafe only to walk into another cafe 20m up the road, enthusiastic people, making clothes, being crafty in general, feminism, too much information, those teapots with the cups that fit underneath, property programs, dreaming about the future, planning adventures, good people as opposed to nice people, over-the-top cuteness, peter pan collars, bursts of emotion, saying "do you ever have it when..." before saying something bizarre but true and then having people actually know what i'm talking about, listening to really epic music on repeat for a whole week, cloche hats, hugs that aren't awkward, platonic intimacy, being cosy and snug on cold & rainy days, people that look like little woodland animals, people that look wintry.
I am new in Brighton.
I AM NOT VERY GOOD AT SMALL TALK
and I am awkward in the uncool way.
This is my blog:

It isn't very exciting and it's all friends only except for whatever is the latest entry. But you should go visit it. Yesyesyes.
ah no sorry! but i'll be in london (st. pancras) from the 25th of november for three nights, and then again on the 3rd for one. i'm only in paris from the 28th-3rd. it's all very quick except none of my relatives live in the cities (bar glasgow) so i'm seeing them on my own before i go stay with them. X
hellloooo!!! i leave for japan tonight! i'm going to be in London in two weeks! i am getting an international sim card maybe today or i'll buy one from japan tomorrow.. that sounds weird. hahaha
so i saved that number you gave me and i'll try text you. if it doesnt work i'll comment you when i get my international number and you can text me x :)
yes, we'll definitely have to do something englishy. i had a dream last night that i was in europe and it was just suxxx. i had to find a hotel on my own in bastille, and they were all either full or disgustingly expensive, and then one had an opening so i went, and my room ended up being like and office cubicle, the size of a lounge pillow, and i thought i got two lounge pillows so i had a room the size of an actual sofa, but then no, i had to share my "room" with some half bug/half child mutant thing. it was 'orrible. AND I COULDN'T FIND BLOODY TOPSHOP ANYWHERE. i was asking around and people were like "oh.. there MIGHT be one over there.." it was that awful. i almost ended up staying above a chinese restaurant. i decided that i REALLY need to look up and book hotels before i get to london. i plan on seeing so much live music while i'm over there: florence and the machine, robots in disguise, camille. but yeah. we should definitely hang out, that would be fun. (omg myspace emoticons!!1eleven!11@!~!
hehe like wise, havnt done alot for the past 2 weeks nottin to bloomin do in the house :S, just sat ere doodlin n listenin to music on playlist.com, tat sites amazin! :P
ahh cool beans. so u live in london? i wanna move to london! swindon sucks as its depressin n full of angry ppl. meh
well, i turned sixteen at the end of march, so i would've been fifteen for the first and most of the second term of year twelve. i'm trying to be zen about the hsc. it's only an exam, and think of how many millions of kids have done it before me who survived it.
and that's really cool, so you've only been living in england a little while right? i love english stuff. i've got an english best friend, her name's betty and she has lots of freckles and we're in the same extension english class. i love extension, i came second for the first essay assessment this year!
and that's really sweet that you drew a picture of me! no one ever draws pictures of me haha, which is a bit of a downer because i have so many arty friends. i'm a bit excited ]..nwo~! haha my cat just jumped up on the keyboard. your cat is very cute by the way. my cat's name is etta, and she's still a kitten, i got her for my sixteenth birthday this year.
well i'm good, just not getting enough sleep, and spending all the time i should be studying watching black books instead! and i live in the shoalhaven, which is sort of like a holiday spot two and a half hours south of sydney. so as you can imagine since i'm into fashion, i don't really fit in much here.
well as for about me, i like writing, sometimes i draw, sometimes i don't, and chai tea, green tea, regular tea, italian soda, and wine are my beverages of choice.
sorry for the extra long reply, i'm a bit tired and all over the shop. and cold. i'm coming over to europe at the end of this year and i thought i'd be able to handle the cold, but it was like slightly chilly today and i almost died, haha. and my brother lives in scotland and i'm going in december! then to england, then to france! i'm so excited!
oh yesi k now her, i just always call her madeleine. i've never met her, but i saw her once at a grates concert. not hsc quite yet. could've been but decided to repeat on the basis that i didn't feel ready to be doing half of year twelve at fifteen, aha. glad i did, but still am like 'ahhhh i want to be living in sydney!' but hey, it'll come eventually. so tell me about yourself katy! and by the way, you remind me a lot of emily off skins/the daughter off lead balloon.
um maddie, it doesn't ring a bell but it's probably someone horribly obvious and i'm going to feel terrible when i realise and i've already said it doesn't ring a bell. but i'm really tired because i had exams today and it's only the second day back of school this term, so it's sort of excusable.
i'm in London for the first two weeks of july and in Manchester for the last two. thennn in september i think i'll just be in london again, not sure. but most probably either of the two or the both
