    In November of 2007, Science Ficiton emerged on to the San Diego music scene. Founding members Allen de la Rosa (guitar), Jacob "Cubby" Miranda (bass), and Antonio "Tony" Bravo (drums) quickly got to work to expand their sound of hip hop, rock and jazz with focuses on the music rather than vocals, hence each member pushes a bit more to contribute to the performance with gripping solos and extended live improv jams. Just recently, Allen's brother, Aaron de la Rosa moved to SD ,and with a degree in jazz, Sci Fi is that much more intense. In the past few months the band has been performing in the San Diego area and looking to extend their shows out of state along the west coast of California. Science Fiction has showcased their flexibility performing alongside acts such as San Diego's: Pocket, DJ Artistic of Deep Rooted, Agua Dulce, BoomSnap,Intransit Audio,and UBUV. Stay tuned for upcoming performances for the sound that is Science Fiction.
