pierpaolo leo	Jul 22 2008 3:25 PM "Goodbye from The Factory City" è l'estremo saluto col quale venerdì 25 luglio alle ore 23 presso il circolo Arci di Copertino (Lecce) i musicisti Francesco Giannico (www.myspace.com/markhamn) e Pierpaolo Leo (www.myspace.com/pierpaololeo) chiuderanno ,con il loro live set,(elettronica,ambient,experimental,glitch,folk) la mostra/installazione sull'ILVA di Taranto dal titolo "Urban Sounds from thFactory City" e ideata dallo stesso Francesco Giannico. I due lavoreranno sui materiali sonori della stessa installazione, ossia suoni originati dalla conversione messa in atto via software delle immagini di google earth che raffigurano l'Ilva in campioni sonori indefiniti (drones,glitch,crepitii etc). A corredo dell'esibizione ci sarà il video utilizzato per l'installazione e ricavato dalle stesse immagini googliane, costituito da lenti zoom-panning e dissolvenze e studiato per un'esperienza più partecipata alla situazione.
