Scoop Deville aka the Platinum Child has been rapping since he was a child, putting vocals down on his first album at the mere age of two. As the son of Latin Hip Hop Pioneer Kid Frost, Scoop grew up in Los Angeles constantly surrounded by hip hop. It was certain that Scoop's passion for music would steadily escalate.
Naturally his number one influence was his father however Scoop also drew from the talents of West Coast successes such as Dr. Dre, Ice T, BooYah Tribe, Soul Assassins and East Coast artist, Big Pun. Notorious B.I.G. He continued to sharpen his skills and proceeded to produce tracks such as "Get It" for Linkin Park's "Fort Minor" album which was executive produced by Jay-Z, as well as Frost's complete album entitled "Frost Angeles," all at the young age of 18.
Scoop has produced for the likes of Snoop Dogg, The Game , Cory Gunz, Cypress Hill Crystal Method Baby Bash, Dj Muggz, Xzibit and many more. Mentored and raised by Tony G, Fredwreck and many amazing Artists/producers , Scoop is ready to take the world by storm.
Scoop Deville is currently producing for Snoop Dogg, The Game, Malice (Clipse) Bishop Lamont , Cypress Hill, Xzibit, Cory Gunz, Get Busy Committee Young De And also Solo Project.
