Scorches Of Dusk is an alternative, post grunge, metal, ambient, and progressive band.
The band is fronted by guitarist/singer Tristan Rêveur, featured Julien Patoue on drums, Kasimir Phunk on Guitars and a collaboration with Shinkan (samples/keys).
The Genesis
Last 2004, the band was born, when Tristan Rêveur, a passionate music student meets Julien Patoue, a passionate drums high school student...
They decide to create an alternative rock band.
The original band was baptized "untitled", because the two mates hadn't found a catchy and unpronounceable enough name, which would be properly picturing their musical universe beyond..
Tristan Rêveur, from Corsica, who suffers the "Paris-sickness", adores to escape himself in childhood memories, where he likes to think about his missing landscapes.
And there it was illumination :
"When sun go down with the horizon and penetrates in the corsican sea, the dusk appear step to step, one can see scorches lying of this aquatic horizon, skinning the sky obscured little by little by the night coming."

Last 2005, Scorches Of Dusk records a first demo and open a first myspace.(http://www.myspace.com/singintheblood)
with which they will publish their first dates in Paris and around.
Last 2006/2007 the band decides to record a first EP : Apple & Tree, portaying the genesis of the scorches of dusk and produce their best track at liberty rock studio (Paris).
Currently : Band members are contained in studios, where they compose new tracks, with inspiration and texts that growin up, and letting themselves go towards the style which will define them more precisly, while thinking of writting a first conceptual album, based on a visual, thinking of marrying their universes, their new dark, melodic, ambient, acoustic and heavy sonorities with the 7th Art.
