Scott is a native of Baltimore Maryland where he attends the Baltimore School for the Arts. Scott is a vocal performance major and studies private voice with Loretta Young. He currently studies composition with Mark Hardy. In addition to his composing, Scott is an active performer in classical and musical theatre productions in the greater Washington area. He has written works for voice, chorus, chamber groups, and orchestra. He plans to pursue his musical studies in composition after completing his work at BSA. Scott is a member of the American Composers Forum.

nice. yeah, it is a great place. HUGE music scene of course, but many other things as well. in my opinion it's the best place to be if you really want to jump right in and get down to business, professionally speaking. but the things that affected my decision most was the teachers at the schools.
i really love it at msm. i have an amazing private teacher. the other teachers are also very good. the fact that the school is in new york is also a big plus.
