Scott D. Davis is a self-taught pianist who lives in the little town of Dixon near Sacramento, CA. His influences include Chopin and Beethoven, David Lanz, George Winston, Yanni, and even Metallica, Evanescence, and the progressive heavy metal band Dream Theater. He recorded his first album (Piano & Woodwinds) in 2001, and has released three solo piano CDs since then, including his latest recording "Rockfluence", a solo piano tribute to some of Scott's favorite rock bands.

You Sir are one bad man--I purchased a few of your peices and they are a fun struggle--especially since I grew up on metallica-- It seems easier to learn something that one has jammed to for the majority on ones teen-age years. Thank you for your hard work in converting these peices into piano music for it has given me an edge.
hey sorry it took me forever to reply, sweet child o' mine is still in working progress lol. I couldn't play it for hs grad because there wasn't a piano...=/ but now that I'm really busy with college, I'm hardly practicing piano anymore (which I should). I would have mastered the song already but its a really hard song so its taking me a lot longer to learn =P
