RENTAL DEALS
In order to produce more films, we're renting out our equipment to try to help out local independent filmmakers shoot their films as well. We rent out equipment to local filmmakers in the New York area (e-mail if interested - ScottGoldbergFilms@yahoo.com):
-Glidecam Camcrane (10 Feet) - $150 a day
WHAT IT DOES: 10 Foot Crane helps with the high angle shots as well as panning shots/up & down shots. Weights included.
-Glidecam 4000 (hand-held with arm brace) $100 a day
WHAT IT DOES: For steady shot (less shake than hand-held camera shots, to give the effect of floating/gliding)
-Letus 35mm Adapter with 50mm, 20mm, and 85mm lens - $250 a day
WHAT IT DOES: Purchasing the 35mm adapter with 3 lenses would cost well over $2,200. $250 a day, $500 for a weekend for 35mm adapter which screws onto front of DVX100 camera and any video camera with a 72mm thread. Gives the best possible film look with shallow depth of field as well as using actual film lenses.
-Manfrotto Fig Rig - $100 a day
WHAT IT DOES: Stabilizes camera for smoother handheld shots.
-Panasonic DVX100 - $100 a day
WHAT IT DOES: Revolutionary Camera released in 2003 which has helped independent filmmakers make feature length films, documentaries, shows, music videos, etc.
