Any child that grew up listening to their parents' classic rock albums can relate to Scottie Longs dream of being a singer for a rock band. But it wasnt until after high school that Scottie decided to bring his dream a step closer to reality. With one LP (Tell Me About Today) under his belt, and a recently released EP, (Walking Alone) this Chicago-area native's heartfelt acoustic rock can be heard at 100+ performances throughout the Midwest every year. Scottie uses his talent as a means of giving back to others by working with many non-profit organizations such as; Cure Autism Now, American Cancer Society, Dance Marathon, La Rabida Children's Hospital & various environmental groups. Helping others is truly the way this young musician finds fulfillment.
