About Scott Manery & The Barnburners
Scott Manery & The Barnburners started out as Scott's side project to record some of his original songs.

Mission accomplished "Tractorcaster," is now available at all Sarnia, Ontario record stores. You can also get a copy from CDBaby.

The band, with Dave Miner on acoustic guitar and harmony vocals, Dave Scarlett on stand up bass and harmony vocals, Rob Sokol on drums and harmony vocals and Scott Manery on lead guitar and lead vocals, played their first gig together at a hotrod car show in Sarnia, Ontario in 2005.

Since then the band has been recording and performing in and around the Southwestern Ontario. The band had the thrill of opening for Toby Keith at Bayfest 2007 !!! See some pics below. HUGE thanks to Lorrie Williams Photography !

Other highlights for the band include opening for Canada's legendary Good Brothers as well as a rocking set at Bayfest 2006 before Brooks & Dunn hit the main stage.

Sounding like a cross between Dwight Yoakam and The Stray Cats with the spirit of those cats from Sun Records. Watch for Scotty and The Barnburners to heat up the music scene !

This JUST in. "Don't tell me about heartache" can be heard on WSAQ 107.1 Port Huron, Michigan. Call (810) 982-1071 and let our new friends know you want to hear us !!!

This just announced !!! Scott Manery & The Barnburners will be opening for Taylor Swift and Rascall Flatts at Bayfest in Sarnia July 12, 2008. Check out our Upcoming Shows for ticket information.

Dave Scarlett and Scott just got back from Cathcart School!!! Thanks to Mr Hillier for inviting us to play some music for the kids. To the kids you guys are AWESOME !!!!

Hey Scott - thanks for the add! I really appreciate it; dig your stuff, brother!

I’ve been home the past several years, lucky enough to write songs for other people's records, but I'm ready to go make some noise again myself!
