Scott was born in Winnipeg and has been a musician since the age of 12. Scott has performed at many local clubs around Winnipeg such as the Blue Note, Dylan O’Connor's, University of Winnipeg, The Winter Club, Roca Jacks and the Forks. Scott spent two years in Quebec City playing as a street musician as well as in a hard rock-acoustic band called the Gerdas in which he still collaborate using the Internet to record songs with old friends.

After taking a 15 year hiatus to get married, pursue his career as a teacher, starting a successful business, a Masters degree, and raising his two wonderful boys with his wife; Scott enjoyed his debut at the age of 37 to kick-start his newly found music career. In 2005, in front of a packed crowd of co-workers, family and friends at Dylan O'Connor's... Scott saw himself as a musician for the first time in 15 years...never looking back and living his life-long dream... to record a Solo-Artist CD!
___________________________________________________________
Since then, Scott has played close to a hundred public performances, private parties and many concerts as an online performer in ‘Second-Life’ under the stage name, Scotty Cuttita. When, not performing, he runs a successful Open-Mic every Monday night at Dylan O’Connor’s where he finds the time to squeeze in a song or two in front of a packed audience.
___________________________________________________________
Scott has big plans for the future… his hard-work ethic has him currently booked for dozens of performances in the next few months. He continues his ‘pounding the pavement’ attitude by looking to bigger and brighter things in the future. He has future plans to host a CD-release party, play in a variety of unfamiliar venues such as coffee shops, book stores, and hopes to secure a performance on Winnipeg’s own ‘Big Breakfast’ on CITI- TV. ___________________________________________________________
When not out playing music, Scott is a Multi-media/Graphic Communications Teacher at Charleswood School here in Winnipeg. He can also be found throwing and kicking balls to his two wonderful young boys and splashing around in the summer at Winnipeg and Grand Beach!!! "
