Sparky's Interests
General
I find I spend a lot of my spare time reading and writing. My time is mainly split between school and work (school being CSUN and work being Macy's) but I do find time to enjoy a nice book once in awhile. I do enjoy going out to the movies but love staying home watching the classics. I love a good laugh and would definitely consider laughing and making people laugh a hobby of mine. I do play billiards, and I am quite good, but nowhere near as good as the pros, or my dad for that matter. I love listening to the rain on cold nights. I love sitting in the car in the middle of the night and talking about whatever comes to mind. I even love lying around all day and doing nothing from time to time.
Music
The Beatles, Rise Against, The Spill Canvas, Against Me!, The Academy Is, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, AC/DC, Chicago, Kansas, Boston, STYX, Journey, The Blues Brothers, Blues Traveler, Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy, Audioslave, The Hold Steady, Art Brut, Nine Inch Nails, A Perfect Circle,
Hellogoodbye, American Hi-Fi, The Blood Arm, DragonForce, Elvis Presley, Ghostland Observatory, Hawthorne Heights, The Hush Sound, The Vines, Stone Sour, Michael Buble, Frank Sinatra, Foreigner, Sneaky Sound System, Jack Johnson, etc.
These are just a few of the bands I listen to. I love all types of music. I am even open to new and different types of music, so any recommendations would be accepted and appreciated!
Movies
Books
The Book Thief, I Am The Messanger, Getting The Girl, The Brief History of The Dead, The Professor and The Madman, Booty Nomad, Citizen Vince, The Joy of Funerals, Fahrenheit 451, East of Eden, The Grapes of Wrath, The Great Gatsby, Tortilla Flats, Of Mice and Men, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, Frankenstein, Dracula, etc.
I highly recommend all of these. The bolded ones are my absolute favorite. If you recommend anything let me know. Maybe we can swap books.

So you want to know a little about me, do you? Well, I’ve never been good with talking about myself, so I think instead I’ll tell you a little about life.
When it comes down to it, life is like one big movie. We all have those moments that stand out in our minds as moments that would make an audience laugh or cry, moan or sigh. Maybe your first kiss was standing in the rain. Perhaps you were right in the middle of laughing and you were given terrible news about a friend or loved one. Or maybe you were fighting with your girl or your guy and right as it got heated you pinned them against a wall and kissed their neck. Think about the last time you did something good for someone without expecting a thank you. When you were supposed to be throwing a surprise party but instead of surprising the guest of honor he came through the back door and surprised you. You’re in the middle of a very important test and while the room is completely silent someone farts. Maybe you were in church and they began playing your favorite gospel song and you couldn’t help but sing along. All of these little moments that you may not stop to recognize are all part of your movie. They are all part of life.
I don’t take these moments for granted. I savor them. Life is about these moments. Life is about planning a picnic, only to get rained out once you’re there and having to finish it in your garage. Life is about playing that one song when things are down to bring yourself back up. Life is about being spontaneous and doing things on a whim that you wouldn’t normally do. Life is about planning everything to the T only to throw that plan out the window on the way to the beach. Life is about anything and everything. Life is about whatever you make it to be about. That’s the beauty of life. Why search for the meaning of life when it is all around us? Our friends, our families, our neighbors, our enemies, our pets, our faults, our triumphs, our goals, our dreams, our memories, our hopes, our faith, our love, our time here on Earth to do good things.
So the next time you are at the drive-thru and have the money to spare, I urge you, pay for the food for the car behind you. The next time you are going through your closet and find clothes you don’t wear as often as the others, take fifteen minutes to drive it to Goodwill or the Salvation Army. When you have the change, give to the homeless. When you see someone carrying too many books, offer to help them. When you see someone drop something, offer to pick it up for them. When someone has their hands full, offer to open the door for them. When you see someone crying, offer them a warm embrace and a comforting smile. Take the time to do good things for others without expecting anything in return. Those are the true golden moments in life. Those are the movie moments. And that, my friends, is what life truly is about.

My full name is Christopher Scott Campbell. My parents are split. I live with my dad and stepmom. I visit my mom from time to time. My mom remarried but then divorced. I have one half brother and two half sisters. Brother = 15 Sisters = 8 & 10. I'm really into video production and photography. I spend my free time reading and occasionally when I feel inspired I write as well. My dream is to become a high school english teacher, and make a little extra money writing. I currently attend CSUN (California State University-Northridge). I write screenplays, short stories, novelas, and poems. I am in the process of writing a full-length novel. I'm actually very shy, but you probably wouldn't know. I'm honest and very upfront. I like playing out in the rain. I'm 100% Irish. I've moved around a lot. I don't have very many friends. I always follow my heart. I like dancing in the rain. I like the sound of pebbles and gravel under my feet. I love my brother, although I don't tell him much. I have my own video production company, including a photograhy branch. I'm a Star Wars nerd. I am an official dork. I like the smell of sharpies a little too much. I draw on my hands. My favorite color is pink. I take walks in the park to clear my mind. I like spending time alone, but I love company as well. I'm very artistic. I play the harmonica. I love the Blues. I can’t think of anything else, but you can definitely ask me anything you want. I’ll answer anything 100% honestly.
Who I'd like to meet: I am constantly telling myself that I want to meet Ms. Right and make her a Mrs., but in all honesty I don't think you just meet your soulmate waiting for the elevator or blogging online. I think it's a process that everybody goes through that involves talking and really getting to know somebody. Once you dig in and really learn about a person you can decide whether or not that person is right for you. I think that's how it's done. So I guess that just means that I would really like to meet anybody and everybody. I really enjoy having conversations about music, movies, and books, but I am open to talking about almost anything. As long as I get a word or two in edgewise it'll be fine.
But yes, I am single, and yes, I am looking to develop a relationship with a special someone. So I suppose it really boils down to wanting to meet that particular special someone, doesn't it?
Ya I know that now but we couldn't find the detour shit... but we asked and we took the 91 west to the 605 north and that took us also back to the 5. lol..
Haha! Both of our phones were dead and we were both really hungry cause we didn't have time to eat neither lunch of dinner. So ya. were going back for sure next fall. Lol! So did you have trouble with the freeways? Cause the 5 totally just ended and put us on the 91 and we were confused so ya.. we didn't back to Ventura till like 4am. Cause were idiots. But for sure we are going again next fall and were staying behind cause I am going to be all like excited and beyond happy. LoL!!
