BIOGRAPHY
Plato said, "Music gives soul to the universe, wings to the mind, flight to the imagination, and charm and gaiety to life and to everything." To take it one step further: the universal language of music speaks volumes through rock and roll. Larry Bichler on drums, Scott Flood on bass, and front man Seth Pavlik on guitar and vox, find ways to communicate what stirs in the soul through music of indefinable genres. Personifying their namesake, SCRAMBLESUIT constantly morphs from entertaining, to having fun, to living angst, to displaying novel elements of lyrics, rhythm, or melody, to an unexpected tempo change-up. While their namesake invisibility suit changes the identity of its wearer countless times per second, the band connects with the souls of audiences through channels and levels of mysterious origin. Through strong rock music structure, underlying jazz swing may flow through a song of true love in "Parasol." Disgust over societal norms in "Status Girl," or the unrequited love of "In the Mirror," meanwhile finds appropriate threads in a four-letter beat. Whatever the mood of the song, SCRAMBLESUIT takes listeners on a fantasy ride, unlocking emotions, opening the mind, soothing the ego, and offering to the universe what the soul has to share. According to Lao Tzu, "Music in the soul can be heard by the universe." He must have known this musical trio would be with us one day.

For those who haven't heard, we'll be in the studio these next few months to record a new album with the renowned reggae singer, Eyon Irie. After that it's summer shows and writing songs for the next Orbits album!
In the meantime, if you don't have our self-titled cd yet, you can still pick it up on CD Baby and Itunes.
