The people that really inspired me are; F.L.A.T.T.I.E.S., 8 Ball, M.J.G., 2 Pac, U.G.K., Biggie, Goodie Mob, Oucast and D.M.X. I learned something from each of them.
Jarvis Morton A.K.A. Slab. Born and raised in Greenwood South Carolina, the home of the Tightest underground artists and the land of some of the best ever. My uncle 'Lo gave me the nickname Slab when I was a kid. I started out rapping my own stuff at the age of 12 and by age 13 people had heard and heard about me and my family, the F.L.A.T.T.I.E.S. dropped a hot album and rocked the streets around here. That was my eye opener I got major feedback from my home town and surrounding counties because I put a short verse at the end of their CD, "Black-n-Mild". Everybody seemed shocked that a 15 year old kid was spitting like that. People were telling me that I was the best. Better than the rest. I began believing it and by this time we had formed a team with a homeboy producer Markus Sybert along with a hot group called native woodz {Slate & Trajic} and called it Way2Tight records. No-body round here was fukkin wit us.... feel me? By the time I was 18 I was well known as one of the best in Greenwood and surrounding counties.

After many long nights in the studio, sweating, frustrated, and emotional trying to reach perfection, My album "Hazardous" is finally up for sale. I put everything i had into this album, so much energy and passion. I can honestly say this is my best work yet. It would be a shame for all my hard work and efforts to go unconsidered.
