progressive and intelligent it’s a thoroughly modern direction and the fact it’s so removed from what anyone else is doing at the moment make them an even more exciting prospect. Superbly written tracks with tight, complex guitar work, sharp beats and intelligent lyrics with real soul – it’s strangely atmospheric sound that sucks you in and leaves a lasting impression. The nonchalant swagger with which they hold themselves onstage is mesmerizing (especially impressive considering how young they all are) and combined with a tight yet natural technical ability.
