About me: The Wo/Men's Alliance for Medical Marijuana (WAMM) is a collective of patients and caregivers, providing hope, building community, and offering medical marijuana at no cost to seriously ill patients with a doctor's recommendation. We provide safe access to a safe, organic supply of medical marijuana for the treatment of terminal and chronic illness, to relieve suffering.
WAMM works closely with people facing the the greatest challenges that life gives. We are the very essence of the movement leading the movement to uphold the Democratic process by bringing the issue of medical marijuana use before the people of California through proposition 215 (see language). California's citizens voted overwhelmingly in support of the proposition.
Yet, the federal government ignores the egalitarian principles upon which our nation was founded refuting California law and on September. 5th 2002, the DEA raided the WAMM garden and using chainsaws, destroyed the medicine belonging to 250 patients, 85% of them terminally ill. WAMM has since filed charges against the Federal Government, demanding that this medicine be returned. Currently, however, we regret that we are unable to accept any new patients.
WE ARE NOT A DISPENSARY. WE DO NOT BUY OR SELL MARIJUANA.
We do however, accept donations with open arms.

Howdy, Thanks for adding me. I think it is awesome what you do! I like to give to terminally ill friends when ever possible. I am blessed to be a legal marijuana patient here in Washington State and can sure tell you I lost a lot of worries when I became legal. I was always afraid of gettin' busted for having the only medication that stops my spasms that are like strong electric shocks from my spine across my right hip and down my right leg. It is rediculous the amount of money our govt. wastes chasing down people for having a plant that grows naturally that was put on this earth for good use where some see it as an evil drug that makes you an axe murderer and puppy rapist! It is time folks get the truth! If you haven't already go to youtube and search "Rick Simpson" for some awesome testimonial videos.
