About me:

Stephen Dafoe is the author of several books on the Knights Templar and the Freemasons. He is perhaps best known for the two books that he co-wrote with Alan Butler in the late 1990s. These books were The Warriors and the Bankers, re-published by Lewis Masonic in 2006 and The Knights Templar Revealed, re-published by Constable and Robinson in the same year.

Stephen has stepped away from the speculative style of his earlier books and concentrated on a more historical approach in recent years. His research has been published in The Scottish Rite Journal, Heredom (the Transactions of the Scottish Rite Research Society), Templar History Magazine and Masonic Magazine.

Dafoe's latest book, Nobly Born, is his fifth dealing with the history of the Knights Templar. Lewis Masonic published the book in October of 2007, coinciding with the 700th anniversary of the arrest of the Knights Templar in France.

Stephen has just completed another book on the Templars, which examines the evolution and development of Masonic Templarism. The book is called The Compasses and the Cross and is due from Lewis Masonic in September of 2008.

Dafoe was born in Belleville, Ontario in 1962 and spent the first 40 years of his life in that province. He moved to Alberta in November 0f 2002 and now resides in a rural community north of Edmonton.

His website is www.stephendafoe.com

Hey have you seen my latest book?

My New Book: Butterfly Tai Chi: Health, Energy and Tranquility in 10 Minutes a Day

 Description

The author was inspired by observing butterflies to develop a system of Tai Chi that could be performed in a limited space and within a relatively short time. He designed Tai Chi movements that naturally enhance the Qi flow in the order directed by Chinese medicine and whilst it can be used to treat a wide variety of illnesses, its real power is in preventing illness. Succinct and effective the reader can learn this form of Tai Chi within a day and can be performed anywhere -no matter how little space available.

About the Author

Martin Faulks has been a student of the oriental martial arts since he was five years old. He has a black belt in the Korean martial art, Kuk Sool Won and is proficient in the mystical disciplines of China including Tai Chi, Meditation, Qi Gong and the legendary form of Yi Jin Jing.

You can Buy it at www.martinfaulks.com or Amazon.com and any good bookshop

Greetings dear friend, quester and truth seeker.

A little about us:

The Temple periodical was created in August 2002 with an aim to encourage research into the Knights Templar – their related and interrelated subjects such as: Grail Legends; Arthurian Mythos; the Rosicrucians; Masonic Lore; early Christianity; Gnostic Theology; Alchemy; Folklore; Rennes Le Chateau; Geomancy; the Occult; Mythology and Symbolism etc. To date 12 issues have been published. In 2007 we set up a new publishing company: The Temple Publications.

The Temple Publications is ... A new publishing company with a love of the Knights Templar and related esoteric stories at its heart. The new company will publish history books and the best of non-fictional books. An ethically based company with an ethical approach to the way that it does its business. We will act to progressively improve our product in a way that respects our environment and the writers and purchasers who connect through our publications. The writer’s friend. The company will ensure that prospective writers are given fair and clear guidance throughout the process of publishing their work. We are looking forward to be creating a close working relationship with both un-published and already established authors. Seeking printing quality – Our books will last and be presented in sound bindings that will grace your bookshelf. A clean start! Above all, our ethical approach will be audited properly. As soon as we can we will seek to achieve an internationally acknowledged environmental accreditation. From the outset we will use sustainable products verified as earth friendly.
