I AM!	Oct 6 2008 2:21 AM Hi Matt! I finished the class today and wanted to tell you that I had a blast! Jason is AWESOME at teaching the material and great at making the recipes stick. :) The only bad thing I have to say is that you REALLY have to find a new way to make the pretend "cream" for the "Cream Drinks" section, I think I left the class a little loopy yesterday. hehe I'm so glad I choose your school instead of the other one. Thanks again! ~L
