Hi Matt! I finished the class today and wanted to tell you that I had a blast! Jason is AWESOME at teaching the material and great at making the recipes stick. :) The only bad thing I have to say is that you REALLY have to find a new way to make the pretend "cream" for the "Cream Drinks" section, I think I left the class a little loopy yesterday. hehe
I'm so glad I choose your school instead of the other one.
soooo since going to bartending school last year, i've been mixing drinks all over san diego, and abroad in Madrid last spring. now, i'm doing my thing at the US Grant Hotel, right in the gaslamp.... Helloooo fine dining! I just made my first godfather the other night and have to say that i only knew it because of your class... hope all is well!
OH SNAP! Matt~ i landed TWO jobs! I am an on-call bartender on the midway, and i just started a new REGULAR bartending job in the gaslamp at AQUA BLU! Come holler at your girl and i'll show off my lame jokes and drink cards... Thanks for all the advice!
