For the past six years, SD+R has been engaged in the urban lifestyle-clothing brand market acting as an engine for product design, production, distribution, research and development. During this time, the company has developed an evolving art and marketed its brand locally, nationally and internationally.
SD+R Clothing, founded in January 2002 by Kyle Deinstadt, Tyler Scherer, and Teddy Lawson is a lifestyle-clothing brand with its headquarters located in Toronto, ON. The line has been available in Toronto for the past three years through various retail outlets and has recently been distributed to boutiques in other major Canadian cities including Calgary, Vancouver and Montreal. As the business grows in fiscal 2008 and further resources are devoted to marketing, production and distribution, SD+R will focus on its expansion plans with an emphasis on getting the line into targeted, high-end boutiques throughout the US, Europe and Asia.
Originally from Calgary, Kyle, Teddy, and Tyler have always had their eye on what’s different. Working from the inside out, SD+R have developed a highly innovative look based on metropolitan fashion circles combined with the roots of rock & roll, punk street wear, rising club trends and their passion for rebellion.
