It's illegal here and in Georgia, but my breeder is a "broker" which means she buys dogs from other breeders and sells him here because cost of living is higher, she earns a profit. The state she bought him from, Arkansas, has NO puppy mill laws. They breed the dogs until they die and neglect them. I feel like a prick.
