About me:
Well, I've finally decided to put up a myspace. Absurd and trendy as it may be it seems a decent enough network to be involved in. I mean if Weird Al's got a MySpace, why not me. Anyway, I live and work (as little as possible) in Japan, and occasionally drift to other regions of the world. I can speak English, Old English, a tad bit of Middle English, some Thai, a bit of Balinese (which I've mainly forgotten), and Japanese. I can also understand a tad bit of Spanish, French and German, although I haven't gotten around to learning them properly yet. I guess you could call me a cunning linguist, if the mood turned you, but despite all appearances I am anything but verbose.

Who I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet a good many people, but most famous people bore me. They are so full of themselves, and they've let fame go to their heads. The only difference between famous people and non-famous people is whether or not people know them. That's it. Fame is a nuissance not a great power, I mean think of trying to go to the five and dime for a raspberry berret if everyone you meet wants to shake your hand... That being said there are two or three famous people who seem genuinely interesting...
