I started in the entertainment industry as a hip hop dancer in 1990. Through my dancing career I was fortunate to win many freestyling titles, tour nationally, meet some of the most interesting/inspirational people (see photos above) in the business, and choreograph numerous shows. As fate would have it though I suffered a major knee injury during a show that would see me stop dancing for 8 months. Unable to stay away from the music industry, I decided to buy some decks and begin djing. My strength came from my experience as a dancer, and knowing which tracks made me want to dance. I went back to teaching/choreographing hip hop for a few years later, but decided my priority was to follow my love of djing. I am half of the "Blaze 'n' Love" Collaboration...an Electro Funk Act combining MCing over phat electro beats. As a Dj I started off playing R & B, and then as time went on, progressed to House/Electro. I have been djing now for about 5 years playing at various nightclubs throughout Sydney.
