Come the Sean Schau and be amazed! Witness the mystery, magic and mirth as Sean welcomes guest from every walk of life and sacrifices them to Zaboo, the Entertainment Demon upon the makeshift altar that is The Drake Underground!
All right! All right! There will be no ritual sacrifice. But there will be laughter entertainment and human folly. Join Sean as he performs new material, songs and sketches in an intimate club setting. You could almost reach out and touch him. And he wishes you would. Guest musicians, comedians, writers and performers add to the fun. It’s like a talk show melded to the mind of a comedy show, grafted onto the elbow of a rock show and then pushed off a cliff. The all star Schau Band provide the musical accompaniment as the entire, thrashing mass plunges to the rocks below!
Who knows what will happen next? No show is the same. You’ll want to collect them all. There is no comedian like Sean Cullen and this is a rare opportunity to see him at his most outrageous.

About me: NOW Magazine names THE SEAN SCHAU Number 2 in the TOP TEN SHOWS of 2007!
Sean Cullen's silly observations never go out of style, and he's found the perfect outlet for them in this monthly talk/variety show that gives him lots of strong personalities to spark off and a band to keep him on cue. Cullen's Southern-inflected chat with Maple Leaf Boyd Devereaux (who later joined the band with an electric guitar!) was comedy at its most surreal.
Sean Cullen named BEST HOST by NOW Magazine "Best of Toronto" (November 1st 2007)
"Whether he's helming some big, stuffy gala or hunkering down at the Drake Underground for The Sean Schau, his monthly eclectic night of who-knows-what's-going-to-happen, Cullen always comes across as likeable, smart and bizarrely funny. He knows how to get his fellow performers to feel comfortable and - true mark of a host - asks all the questions you want answered while throwing in zingers that feel completely right."

The public service you provide is remarkable. I had no idea how profoundly I should fear babies, worship German Disco and consider the prospect of alternative food delivery mechanisms such as meat in liquid form. So much laughter and yet, so much learning...hope your wife enjoyed her cake!
