Effortlessly challenging his own thoughts and feelings in an almost taboo stream of lyrics- shapes high energy songs filled to the brim with emotion and stoicism.
So where best to understand this estranged character? The obvious answer- in his true element, in a place where everything pauses and makes sense to our ears; on stage!
Watching from the back seat in a candle lit acoustic bar or involuntarily finding yourself rocking heads amongst the crowds of packed venues; the music speaks for itself.
Whether performing alone with piano or in unison with his loyal band every show feels like a one off spectacular. Combining an array of influences past and present, allows us to appreciate how a performer of his time can survive mortality in today’s competitive industry.
Currently finalising his self written debut album ‘Phantasmagoric’, touring is his main priority. A finalist at the 2008 Indy Awards for best pop act shows quite clearly the level of exposure and recognition he is receiving already.
